I used citadel/gamesworkshop paints and just dry brushed the blue and reds so they looked like spray paint. I also did a wash with black paint to make the plates look spamy Thanks. I'll have to try that. Great work again. Have you done any other fix ups after these? I'd love to see them if so. I have but nothing really as extensive as these. I've mainly done head, hand, and boot swaps. I did make a Hogan custom though, and a debut taker from the EG and elite 23 I do, however, paint every single mattel figure I get. I always add the little white dot to the eyes and I always paint the lips, and a lot of times I'll dry brush another shade of color to their hair if it applies. But yeah, definitely the dot and the lips. It brings so much more life to the figure, in my opinion. |

Hey bro, I recently ordered my own r3 Kane to try to do this, what exactly did you stick the head in with? maybe PM him next time rather than bumping a YEAR OLD thread Because a guy with 3 posts... Didn't you jump on someone yesterday for bumping again? But then they deleted their post so it just looked like you had bumped the thread instead.. |
