If they returned to the traditional Survivor Series - a series of 5-on-5 survival matches - then no... however, as it stands, Survivor Series is not really anything special anymore - IF they have one 5-on-5 survival match, we're lucky...
It really doesn't make sense - they have plenty of superstars to do the 5-on-5's... and it creates so many angles (Captains, recruiting team members, other ones selling out, enemies-being-partners, feuding General Managers, etc), there are so many directions they could go - but they just turned it into a regular PPV.
Money In The Bank has been much better and more exciting the last couple years...

Even the big four suck. The best pay-per-views wind up being the random ones. So far this year it's Payback.

Just because it seems to always deliver, doesn't mean it's bigger than ones that don't.
Wrestlemania 27 sucked. Does that mean Money in the Bank 2011 was bigger than it?

No. To be honest, I don't even consider there to be a Big 4 anymore. Survivor Series and SummerSlam have lost all the elements of tradition that they used to have. The Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania are really the only PPVs that interest me anymore.
The whole idea of Money In The Bank just seems so boring already. We get it, the challenger is going to pick a time when the champion is hurt or laid out to pounce on him and win the title. It's just not as fun anymore to be honest.

i personally think that the mitb ppv has been better than most of the big four in the past couple of years, but no, i do not see wwe naming it one of their big four.

Unless they drop Survivor Series then I wouldn't say so. The show has been delivering, no doubt.
But, the big four are pretty cemented.

With the joke that has become the Survivor Series the last several years, I could picture it moving into the #4 slot. More meaning has come out of the MITB show the last few years than SVS.

MITB is always IMO in the top three for best PPV of the year, it is better than summer slam and survivor series since its conception.
