Not really a fan, the gap on the wrist bugs me, he also never wore those gloves, the body is too bulky all around and I'm sure because of that; the boots don't fit onto the undertaker shins very well, and the paint job on his chest seems a bit rushed. On the plus side, I like the head, seems to work out well, the jacket is a very nice touch, and the creativity of it in general is a plus.
Some tips when making customs, when you paint an area, usually it's best to do more than one coat, though you should wait for the first layer to dry before doing the second layer, take your time even if it's a large area of the same color, something that took a lot of learning to do on my part over the years. As for the body, maybe next time try a DM Bret Hart body and don't be afraid to paint the hands black for the gloves if need be, it would probably look better then the undertaker MMA style gloves. Also, a quick fix for the gap at the wrists, is take the wrist straps from the undertaker figure and put them on and push them down over the gap, great way to hide it.
I hope this doesn't come off as me putting you down, just trying to be helpful. It's constructive criticism, or at least my poor attempt at it.

Really? lol I guess I should forward my painting advise to Mattel cause in that last picture it looks like there was some sloppy paint work. XD

WOW, no offense, but you sound real ignorant even if you we're trying to be helpful. This custom looks great, better than what I could have done.

The problem with this forum is how people react to criticism, How the will you improve if you're not getting the right advice?

WOW, no offense, but you sound real ignorant even if you we're trying to be helpful. This custom looks great, better than what I could have done. No offense but, Believe me, my post lacked ignorance. Praising something isn't helpful, but pointing out mistakes and proceeding to try and help fix them, that is being helpful. I saw this and see potential, but how can you bring out potential if you do not try to fix the flaws? And before you go around calling others ignorant, make sure you know the definition of the word. Ignorant - Adjective - Lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about something in particular: "ignorant of astronomy".

Looks good but I do agree the body is a little big but its hard to find a singlet body that would work. To help with the wrists I would try the bands that go on the taker arms to help cover the gap. But otherwise great job and keep up the good work

Overall it looks good, I would change the gloves and add those scorpions.
