I was wondering a quick and easy way to replace arms on a figure. I recently got the RA Carlito and when you take off the shirt, the sleeves are still there and look stupid. How do I take off the arms and put on new ones?

get a small screw driver and pry the torso open at the arm area until the torso splits in half, be careful or you will get alot of white stress marks, and do the same with another figure and exchange arms or store them for parts and then super glue on the pegs inside the torso
