pull the head out put a dab of glue on the end of the pin and stick it back in fast and move the head around until the glue dries i hoped i helped

I usually put krazy glue on the bottom of the peg, stick the peg back on the neck, wait for the glue to dry. Then one of the ball points is stuck and one is loose making it not bobble anymore. Hope I helped!
