use a product called fun foam you can get it in a craft store they sell different thickness and can be cut easily, if you mean for the inside of the ring undert he canvis i think its 22x22 i actually did this to my ring with the fun foam it works wonders
ps- i also used fun foam for ring mats outside the ring, you can use it for alot of different things
