Breaking Bad thread! (SPOILERS)

Been really excited for it for a while now. So glad it's finally here

Wow that was crazy, the intensity between Walt and Hank is awesome, and what's going on with Jesse. All and all great season premiere.

Jesus that was awesome! I watched it twice already. I watched the entire series back several times before tonight and I just never get sick of it. The foreshadowing that we keep seeing where Walt is buying an assault rifle/reclaming the Risin, etc. Is really scaring me. How much is going to happen in these next 7 weeks? This is going to be one hell of a ride.

Walt threatening Hank was pretty much the most amazing moment ever.

Ultimately, Walt has a point too imo. He's going to die, his family is Hank's family, and at the end of the day, Hank looks like a moron for letting Walt get away with everything right under his nose. If Walt isn't cooking, and Jesse is losing his mind, then Hank's really already won. Hank won't see it that way, and I'm sure he'll chase Walt to the ends of the Earth or whatever cowboy sh*t cops think they need to do, but for the sake of his own family, he should let it go. Instead, I'm leaning towards thinking he's going to end up dead too.

I have no idea how this is going to go. Obviously, we get to see the time between Walt getting the ricin (which I'm guessing takes place after the flash forward scene), and him talking to Hank, but I can't decide if this is really an "everything has repercussions" story for Walt. All the scenarios I've tossed around in my head, primarily which has both Hank and Walt dying in some kind of showdown, seem really blatant. If I've learned anything from this show, it's that if I think it's going to happen, it most certainly will not.

Just watched 'Gliding over all' again and the new episode.

Gilligan wasn't lying when he said this season will run at a breakneck speed. Holy shit. That opening sequence had me playing out every possible situation in my head over and over. The fact that Heisenberg was scribbled across the wall, as well as the fact that Walt was happy to walk around in public near his old house makes me believe that he is presumed dead by the police/ media. I loved that little interaction with his neighbour.

I am also really surprised how quickly the Walt vs. Hank situation played out. Hank knows... Walt knows Hank knows... Hank knows Walt knows he knows. I was like 'hell yeah' when Hank delivered that punch. To me, Walt is beyond redeemable and whilst I love him as a character, I want to see justice prevail. Jesse's situation is weird, I hope he has something interesting to do as the season progresses. He's a bit of a lost cause right now.

Will probably stay out of this thread as this season progresses. I have heard the plot for this season has leaked and it only takes one jackass to ruin it for everyone. But yeah they really knocked this episode out of the park!
