Hey Guys. I have a friend from high school who is in the rap game. He just released his newest mixtape a few weeks back. I'd like any of you who appreciate that style of music to check it out. You can download it for free here: www.datpiff.com/King-James-Dying-To-Live-mixtape.512598.htmlMy personal favorites are the last three tracks. However, this one is also good and I'll leave it here so you all can get an idea of what he's like. If you download it after you give it a listen let me know what you think. Hopefully down the pipeline I'll be collabing with him on something.

I am really passionate about hiphop just like wrestling so Ill try to be as polite as possible here. I have been making hiphop since I was 13. Im 29 now and imo this is bad. Same thing you hear on the radio. Its not hiphop. Its hip pop. I recognize everyone has their own opinion on music but I never understood why people choose to rhyme and flow over the same beats saying the same thing. If people would just quit trying to be gangsta and listen to some real hip hop with lyrics that take some true talent to write, then hiphop wouldnt be the embarrassment it has become today. Dont collab with this guy an if you rap anything like him, please stop, open up a book, read it and gain some knowledge. Then try rapping.

This isn't hip hop, this is mainstream rap. Although I do give him props for making something that I'd hear on the radio. I also know someone who rap's and I like to write lyrics sometimes. I agree with Savage. Unless you like Lil Wayne and his cronies then don't support him And wtf is with King James? Is he ripping off Lebron's style lol.

I myself am not huge into that genre of music myself these days. I used to be but I grew out of it. Do yourself a favor though and download the mixtape, it's free after all. Give the tracks How Long Will I Live, Keep It Real, Tryna Get Mine and Believe In Me. Those definitely have more substance. I don't rap myself. If I colab with him it would be on singing a hook.
