I can't help but feel like every time we see Heyman on RAW since his return that we're witnessing history. The stuff with Punk, the stuff with Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar, god dammit. As Paul was tearing Punk apart with the kendo stick and screaming at him, "I LOVED YOU! YOU BROKE MY HEART!" I couldn't help but be thankful that I witnessed it live. That's a clip we'll be watching 20 years from now as people are saying "Paul was one of a kind."
God dammit.
I want a Heyman DVD.

Honestly, he's one of the few non wrestler performers that a DVD could work for. I mean the guys has been involved in the wrestling business since he was a teenager. Plus with WWE pretty much owning all the footage of Heyman's career, it would be easy to put a DVD together.

He's been on on screen persona since 1987. To not include his time in the AWA and WCW, before ECW, would only be telling half of his story.

I feel like WWE has more footage than ever before yet seem to be releasing DVDs at a snail's pace.

Especially since so many DVDs could use a bluray re-release.

Bluray re-releases of old things would be completely pointless because the footage isn't HD. All they really have left to do is new compilations like the Money in the Bank one, and new profile DVDs. Daniel Bryan will probably get one next year, Cena will be due another by then, maybe another Orton, maybe another Punk one in 2015 etc. Ultimate Warrior maybe if he signs back with WWE in some capacity now they're on good terms.

I honestly wasnt all that impressed with that segment when he was beating punk with the stick. He overdid it with all the things he was yelling imo.. Just seemed so fake.

I don't understand when people use that argument about footage not being released on bluray because it wasn't shot in HD.
The original footage could still use a video/audio upgrade.
Hell, a good amount of the bluray movies I own were made in the 80s-90s and certainly were not shot in HD yet they look and sound ten times better than their VHS & DVD releases.
