does anyone else REALLY enjoy these?
1997 with Cornette is absolutely essential viewing because he is reading from his ledger that Vince made them keep whilst he was on creative.WWF 1995 with Nash was also good IMO.he tells some bogeys but mostly its good stuff.
I have my eye WCW 1996 with Kevin Sullivan,WWF 1999 with Venis and WWF 1994 with Waltman.
I really wanna see them do
WWF 1996 WWF 1998(they allude to doing it with Cornette it on 1997) WCW 1997(maybe with Waltman too?) WCW 1998 WCW 1999
dont want to see Nash talking about WCW at all.need an unbiased mouth here.
also WWF 1993 is en route with Lex Luger.

Yeah these are great. I still can't believe Mabel didn't get fired after injuring all those guys and jumping on Nash's back.

I have just been on their site browsing and seen two years covered I hadnt noticed before Beefcake on WWF 1989-absolute must for me.the year I started watching plus I loved Beefcakes shoot and really loved the character back in the day. Russo on WCW 2000.dissapointing.....I was hoping for a more unbiased look at this year.

I've only seen the Cornette one in full, was really good though, and really kinda want to see the Val one on 99.

Cornette really needs to find his booking jotter and do the nuclear hot year of 1998, starting with Mike Tyson

I never seen any full ones. I need to get on these though, I love all the clips I've seen over the last few years of these. Especially Cornette's.

I'd love to see a WWF 96 timeline with either Goldust or Michaels.

I reckon 1996 would be with Cornette too.....he was on the booking squad for that too.
he actually had the 98 book in hand during the 97 shoot.it was great stuff.

Corny has just signed a deal with KC to do more stuff so hopefully 1996, 1998 timelines will be part of it?

I would be interested to hear more on whose brainwave the BFA was. I know it was supposed to be a vehicle to get Dr Death over, and also read that the winner was to face Butterbean at WM15 regardless. I wonder who got the heat for the ton of injuries it caused?

I know it was supposed to be a vehicle to get Dr Death over, and also read that the winner was to face Butterbean at WM15 regardless. I wonder who got the heat for the ton of injuries it caused? Russo came up with the idea, I think JR and McMahon loved it from what I've heard. I don't think the winner was scheduled to face Butterbean at all until JR (I'm pretty sure I read it was JR) came up with the idea later on (I'm sure you can guess why). Bart had been taken off of TV for MONTHS after the BFA ended. I'm pretty sure that from August (when the BFA ended) to Wrestlemania 15 he'd only made about 2 appearances on WWF TV. They had assumed that Doc would win due to his rep as being a tough guy (even though he'd never used boxing gloves or fought in tough man competitions) and he was going to go into a feud with Austin afterwards. So if you think about it, the Butterbean thing really couldn't have been pre-planned. Depending on where you go, there are differing opinions on whether it caused hard feelings amongst the boys. Bob Holly said it didn't, but Cornette said it did. Savio Vega never competed again afterwards. I'm desperate to get hold of Bart's RF shoot as I know he talks about it at length, from what I've read from reviews and such, he claims that JR had it out for him after he KOd the Doc.

Kayfabe IMO have made some poor choices for some of the years......Ivory in 2001 for one.Russo in WCW 2000 for another.I heard enough of him defending his blitzkrieg booking in his shoot with Ferrera-The Insiders. also I wanna see JJ Dillon cover WCW 97 & 98

I thought X-Pac's 1994 timeline was good. That was the year me and my brother got hooked on wrestling.
The Nash one from 1995 was also great. I don't care what people think about him, Nash is a funny dude who has a ton of great stories.
