I like Cena and think the IWC is mostly unfair to hin as he always delivers but I don't consider myself a fan of his.

I have just recently started to like him again. I jumped on the bandwagon of hating him a year or so ago. I understand the hate. What you see is what you get. He's not full or surprises or flashy in the ring but he definitely gets the job done. He plays the part perfectly. His promos are fantastic, though cheesy at times, but his ability on the stick can not be denied. His moveset is repetitive and he no sells a lot of times but remember, he's a huge human being and he brings out the best in his opponent. He doesn't book himself and he fits the role of "hero" to a tee. I think we will want him back in a few months and this seems like a perfect time for him to take off. I won't miss him but I definitely respect the hell out of him.
There was a time when he was my favorite wrestler. I wanted to BE him. And I know there are many kids out there who are feeling that right now. When Triple H tore his quad I was devastated and couldn't wait for him to return. The younger audience is feeling that as I type.

I don't know if I could call myself a fan, but I like him. The way they book him is complete and utter sh*t, but I think he can go in the ring and always does well in big match situations.

I'm a Cena fan and I always have been. He's not my favorite wrestler, but I could literally list dozens of wrestlers who I like much less than him.
Also, he reminds me of a young(er) Sting.

I'm a fan Cena and have been since he was the doctor of thuganomics, he's earn my respect and praise and continues to do so, you don't have to like him, but you should atleast respect him. I have an awkward view point on Cena, I enjoy a lot of his matches but hate his character/persona and how much he wins, overall he's gone stale in those ways but still does put on good matches consistently. Pretty much this. It helps that he faces people I like a lot such as Punk, Bryan, Rock, Ziggler, but I wouldn't say I'm a fan of his. I am not a hardcore hater either though. |

I have no problems with Cena. I grew up watching Hogan in the 80's steal the spotlight while holding others down. I watched in the 90's as Austin would somehow defy the odds. So I don't bat an eye at Cena's run.
It does bother me though when Cena was in the main event while Punk was Champion. It reminds me very much of Hogan during Savage's run as champ. Didn't like it then and I don't like it now.
