You should go with the mattel tribute ring, due to space limits I have no space limits I have endless room ! I purposely limited myself and did it as a cutaway as I wanted a hobby not a obsession I appreciate others opinions and ideas but I will and always do what I want and what makes me happy .

JAKKS IS NOT AS GOOD AS MATTEL BUT U SHOULD PICK UP A JAKKS SCALE RING THERE AWESOME I agree Jakks isnt as good as mattel its better Since the Legend lineup only matters nothing will ever touch their CS lineup or their quality and thats a fact nobody can argue EVER !

I did not mean it as a slight, I just recommended going with a smaller ring to make room for larger announce area and crowd section.

But on second thought, the mattel ring is too childlike looking and does not give off the professional al look of the jakks scale rings.

Of course it wouldnt and I only like golden era WWF and I bought it mainly for WM2 ring , got the crowd what a mess and bigger than my wrestler and the girl was a walking taffy apple pics coming soon , rough and the only thing I bought good and in scale from the wrestling store was the Barricades and guard rails .

Cool setup overall. The gurney looks to be better quality than the figures/ring etc. How much did it cost?

What table are you using for the timekeepers table???
I don't think I am familiar with that and I need a smaller table like that.

Heres those children lol mutants , scale function worst ever , heres also some beefers I been working and that Krylon fushion is great no chips ect great stuff but a tad to glossy and I working on a stencil to make brutus tiger stripes as I try to stay away from anything free hand to keep the original jakks look , also moded two hammers heartbreaker shin guards . I found a star graphic set up so I can do some MM mods but still cant find a letter stencil or stick on . Im gonna put a 5 " inch boarder made of black foam board around the top of my crowd and Im then gonna add these interchangeable WWF SNME images or alternating depending on the event or venue BUT should I use the bigger or smaller image ? Big seems grander but smaller maybe more realistic .
On a 3d crowd real figure this is gonna be tough and I just dont wanna use Divas or statue like figures so Ill put that on the back burner and last but not least heres some curtain fabric I bought for some new entrances that have more kick and color and I even found some Plaid hard to do in summer for my in the ring pipers pit setup.

Thanks I have a few more yellow jacket guards and a Ralphs WWF camerman jumper coming in a bit , also found a cool camera above with vintage blue colors and not the standard black one . Asparagus is correct about the mini table which I loved than hated as I thought was too small but I then saw Howard finkel in old 80s videos sitting at a mini table as timekeeper and I loved it again and it was one of my first finds a year ago when I started , I think it was $7 shipped , and gosh does every freakin table have to be a breakaway table ? I weaseled the gurney and tons of ring gear for $13 shipped as its a tough one to find and it works very well and even scale is pretty accurate if you shoot the right view but even Sika or bundy dont look to bad and sitting is perfect (see hammer pic ).

Well Im glad I didnt leap before I looked with that crowd and Im really doing so much behind the scenes making sure each team has a few different attires and Im very impressed with Krylon Fusion spray paint but I wish they had a semi gloss as the black is pretty shinny But my Giant , Super and big machines came out great . Pics coming wed .
But if you do use the Fusion paints remember light and thin is the way to go and where a mask and I also clean the nozzles after each use to main to avoid spitting as the paint looks just like a regular Jakks paint job , also I use saran wrap and painters tape yo protect areas . I also find is wise to try and use when possible the same trunk/tights color your going paint with as the crotch area can be tricky as you dont wanna have excessive crotch paint build trying to get tough spots .
So teams like DT , Bees , Bundy studd ect I will have 2 versions one with ring attire and one with in ring gear to limit all the clothes removal but Im most excited about my arena foam board border with changeable event cards so time to get some sleep and back to ring work

I really like the Beefcake in black. Reminds me of his dream team days with valentine.

Yes that was one of the things I noticed right away. As I said in the LOD thread boots make or break figures for me. I always hated when Jakks gave figures the wrong boots. (and I think I mentioned it to you about Mattel's Basic Macho Man and SummerSlam M$M & Triple H figures) wrong boot ruin a figure to me no matter how great the rest of the figure is I see the wrong boots and it kills the figure for me.

Yeah I wanted to do it with the 3 pack Hulk and Hart Bruti in red but its a different red then Honky tonk but I agree things like the wrong attire can really diminish a otherwise nice piece

What do you think June to bright a blue ? It should be a jean material for the pants right ? See just some random thoughts guys as Im going back and fourth with Ralphs Wife , now to me the black looks great and the blue or even blue jeans while accurate dont have the flash i like so Im going with what looks best " Style without Substance "
