Hi I was just informed I was added to the bad trader list by another member. I have been investigated before and it came back with nothing now I am being associated with Rated R Slagathor, juggalo 86 and a few other names
There was recently a problem with Piercetheveil where he sent me a brick. I have made all my trades in good faith and haven't had a single issue until now. I have pm'd chip numerous times but I haven't seen a single response. Could an admin pm me or something and let me know what's going on because I've done nothing wrong and I keep getting treated as if I had.

Can a staff member let us know why he was banned? Did he turn out to be Rated R? That's what Chip suspected, but there was never concrete proof. No reason to ban unless there was 100% confirmation. |

The odds of him not being Rated R are astronomical. The two cites he posted had a combined population of aprox 119k...What are the odds of 2 people who have no knowledge of each other being from the same city on the same board consisting of only 11k people (most of which are duplicate accounts) and both having "trade" problems?
I live in a city that has 178k people in it and as far as Ive been able to tell there's not 1 other person within an hours drive of me.
The guy clearly took the figures, posted a picture of the empty box and a brick, shafted the other trader and kept the figures. Piercetheveil then flew off the wall threatening people and spamming the boards and got himself banned and MarkHenryMark got banned for clearly being a repeat offender.
Oh, and the butler did it laundry room [/Cluereference]

But all Clue references aside, I honestly think, at least in this situation, Mark did nothing wrong. Evil made no trade thread. It was his fault for sending them. If Mark actually got them, then yea, his fault, but there was no proof either way. |
