A belt would help this figure sell a little better simply because a lot of people have a belt fetish. They feel they must own every belt whether they like it or not. Sadly, Im one of those people as I have the God awful Flea Market design copper WWE Tag Titles on my shelf with other Mattel Tag Titles. Needless to say I didnt need or want the figures that they came with but I felt I had to have the belts to complete a title collection. The podium is a pretty awesome accessory as would a Title belt but either way the majority of people that will be buying this figure will be those that are old school fans and completionists.

I like the podium as it could be used with a variety of different guys except that I'm an moc collector so that doesn't help me. Also it seems odd considering that the fig is of Bruno circa the 70's but the podium is from 2013.

The podium made no sense as he was in full gear.. maybe that was just me. The belt would be awesome. no me too. I don't get all the people wanting a podium, that's plain intellectually- disabled. Give him his classic belt instead. Guy's in his trunks and they give him a hof podium? Just plain stupid. |

We NEVER announced that we would include the WWWF title with Bruno. If we were ever going to include the title with Bruno we would have shown it with the Bruno figure at SDCC. I am not sure where the author of the original article got that info from but it was 100% wrong.
As it stands I did look into the possibility of including old WWWF style belts with Bruno, but the ownership situation on the older belts is such that WWE cannot authorize their reproduction for our line, and therefore I could not include them. Not exactly sure of all the legalese behind this, and I have no interest in pursuing why any further. I ask. They say from a legal standpoint no, I move on.
It was either a soft goods towel or a podium and plaque as the remaining accessory choices, and I went with the Hall of Fame setup.

That podium is one of the best accessories yet, and is bound to sell at least a few Brunos to people who have no interest in him. |

The Podium! It is something unique and honestly the plaque can get replaced since its just sammartino and my animations it will be more than him so yeah

Like I said. The podium and the belt since belt one doesn't need as much detail to run through it but y'all are possibly wrong we might get backlund monsoon or brazil or kowalski might not. NOT. But, they better nail the belt if they're making it.

Now that, Bruno, Podium, Plaque and WWWF Title is a very worthy Ringside Exclusive Figure, not Brock Lesnar. Couldn't agree more. That Lesnar is nothing more than a flashback figure. Bruno on the otherhand, is unique. |

On the plus side since it isn't coming with the belt I don't need to buy it. Even though the 80's are the figs I buy, I would be a lot more into the Bruno if we had a small handful of guys from the 70's. Unlike CS I really don't see guys like Ivan Koloff being made, and with Superstar Billy Graham's return to bitterness I don't see a Graham on the horizon. Having Graham would make the Bruno more of a must have, similar to nWo figs without Hogan and Hall, but without Graham I really have no use for Bruno. Too random.
