FINAL UPDATE - Everything is now complete. Apologies for the poor quality pics, I hope you all enjoy looking at the finished piece as much as I have had making it. I am very proud of myself for creating this having never attempted a custom before. Enjoy guys, and standby for some future custom plans!
I have been following this site for many years however I rarely post anything. Some of you may know me as the 'Unmatched Fury Guy'. The only figures I collect are statue-like ones and I have all the UMF figures ever released. I have previously followed other members posts regarding Custom UMF figures because now I have the complete set, I am looking to expand with customs of the line. I understand that the line isn't very popular, but I take great interest in them so I decided to have a try myself.
I have NEVER customised a figure before, nor have I touched one up with accessories or paint, let alone sculpting. Well here is my attempt ...
EDITS
- Fully sculpted / smoothed over the body / abs and various muscles and also merged the elbow pads to make them disappear.
- Extended the glove, added a belt and fully sculpted a mask.
- I have added the black flames (I understand these look off, but due to the nature of Kane's pose, it was hard to get them accurate because his arms are up in the air)
- Completely custom hair piece made up of different pieces of hair cut and put together like a jigsaw
- Silver studs added for his belt / glove / wrist gauntlet.
I need some feedback and ideas on this please. Be easy, like I said it is my first custom ever. I just want to do the figure justice to the best of my ability.
