Im not really a action figure guy on Batman but I just got the set of 4 series 1 DC Collectibles Batman Arkham Origins in and they look great and Black Mask is underrated IMO he really looks great and very good face detail for action figures .
Batman does have light stubble but more prevalent is the dirt on his face .
Series two doesnt excite me much except for Killer Croc that looks great ! now I got the set of 4 shipped for $85 was that a good price ? Also can these be found at Walmart or toys r us for less ? Thanks and did anyone need pics as I might open a few tonight but Im running out of shelve space

Any of the Batmobiles fit a Mattel Elite figure? I don't think so, I think the scale has always been smaller. But you can't be spending money on a batmoblie! You have to save all of your cash for buy out of TNA man! |

Does anyone collect Super Powers figures? I've just recently go into the series after collecting all the Kenner Batman movie figures. I must say this line is so awesome and I love how all the characters are comic book accurate! If anyone has a collection please post some pictures, I'll do the same as well.

My small Super Powers Collection is pictured in the first post of this thread.
And today I picked up the DC Direct Arkham Origins Batman figure and it blows Mattel's version away. My only gripe is it still looks like DCD uses the same brittle plastic for their joint pins. so I am worried about the figure's knees breaking in time from the weight of the figure. But sculpt wise it dominates Mattel's figure and it's articulation is just as much if not more.
He has 25 POA consisting of...
Ball jointed head
Ball jointed shoulders
Elbows hinges and swivels
Wrists cut and hinged
Ab crunch
Waist cut
DCUC styled hips
Double knee hinges and a knee swivel
ankle hinges and swivels/pivots
I'll post pics in a bit.

Christmas came early huh PJ ? Im kinda disappointed and confused that these figures had no accessories ? Simply things like a Batarang or a knife for Mr J would have went a long way dont you think or at least one open hand or extra hands ? Oh can you recommend any generic figure base for these figures ?

I forget when they say it was sometime between Mar & May. I don't remember which because I preorders about 10 things from them over the last few weeks. But they are on their site for preorder with a date listed. |

PJ did you notice on the DC BAO figures batman is a tad smaller then J or Black Mask ?

That is the DC Collectables (DC Direct) Arkham Origins figure. There's also Joker, Black Mask & Bane in series 1. Here's their packaging - DCD Arkham Origins - These are packed away for Christmas.  Anthony, no I didn't open the Joker or Bane yet. (Packed away for Christmas) And I still need to get the Black Mask. But it makes sense because Joker is supposed to be about 6' 4"- 6' 5" while I think Batman is only 6' 2". |

Thx pj. That bats looks like a collectible and the other really looks like a kids toy. Is he a lot bigger than deathstroke?
