What is the worst Superman figure ever made? Ideal Superman Wooden Doll: It's worth thousands and it's usually considered the first super hero figure ever made. However, the figure alone barely resembles a human being: Kenner Super Powers Collection. The headscan and paint aren't bad, but the figure barely has articulation and his cape looks like a piece of red gauze. Here is a link to a Superman collecting site which has a page dedicated to Supes bootleg figures. Some of these are weird beyond words: link

whoa nelly.......the Super Powers collection Supes(and all the SP)are effin awesome. Oh no, those figures as essentially painted crap. A friend of mine has the Flash figure (probably the worst in the series) and it looks like a bullet-headed troll.

I really loved the Super Powers figures. Green Lantern is probably my favorite from that series. I thought they were a good size and reflected the animated series well.

Super Powers was a great line and I think it still holds up today. I think there were 2 figures in the set in that I didn't like.

What Joker is that from? Also my Mattel Arkham Origins 6" Batman and Deathstroke figures arrived today. Deathstroke is a must have figure, but their Batman is disappointing. Cowl, torso and utility belt are very good. But his arms seem like they are slightly short, but he has huge hips and thighs (even larger than in the game) If the hips weren't so huge I could live with this figure. Can u post some pics. I had them on preorder but I canceled them. Got the gm today. Pretty good. Sorry it took so long, but it's been a messed up week. my sister had to have surgery on her intestins on Monday. Then Monday night an uncle died. And any spare time I was playing Arkham Origins or AC 4. Mattel Arkham Origins - Batman - This figure is a letdown. His arms should be longer and his hips should be thinner. He just slooks odd. And he is shorter than Mattel's AC's Nightwing. Deathstroke - This is a nice figure as I said before also the piston snaps onto his hip. DCD Arkham Origins - These are packed away for Christmas.

why in ten types of F*ck can Mattel not keep their 6" lines somewhat uniform?
I was looking forward to this Bats but if its another scale to the AC stuff Im not biting....Ive officially had enough like.

I think the DCD one does although Midtown told my wife they hadn't gotten them yet. Odd seeing spamS had them for 2 weeks now. Also Mattel's does have stubble you just can't see it very well.

I've heard it said that lifelong comic book fans either a) nostalgic or b) cynical. I guess fall into the second category because most of the comic-related TV/Movie/merch from the 70s and 80s looks like rancid dung to me. Ironically, I loved all of this stuff as a kid. If you had given the 10-year-old version of me the Super Powers collection, I probably would have danced the commala.

Well-wishes and prayers for you. Thanks for posting that Deathstroke pic. That's one I'll have to snag.
