Picked up Animated Green Lantern, Superman, Animated Superman, and Harley Quinn from the new McFarlane DC series at Target at lunchtime today. Where are you located? Because there’s still nothing by me. Just trying to figure out how long it’ll take to hit here in the northeast. I'm located in the Charlotte, NC area. The case I found was a case of six, with Superman and Harley being 2 per case. |

No McFarlane's at my stores. Only the Croc/Batman/Robin pack and: Nothing McFarlane or Spin Masters at either Target or Walmart around here. Although my Batmobile and Batcycle set arrived today.    As far as the articulation goes... Batman has 11 POA but I say he has more because the elbows and knees are both hinged and swivels. Batman’s articulation consists of neck cut, ball-jointed shoulders, elbows hinge & swivel, hips (like ML), thigh cuts, knees hinges and swivels. So by my count that’s 15 POA. Clayface has 4 POA consisting of head cut, ball jointed shoulders and a waist. |

So I just got a huge haul of Batman the Animated Series figures in today... one of my favourite lines to collect... BUUUUT!!!... I was very disappointed to find out that H.A.R.D.A.C., Scarecrow, Grey Ghost and Two Face don’t come with character stands... so I’m assuming that Ivy, Freeze, Bane and Croc won’t come with them either (I have those on order)...
This is very disappointing due to the fact that now my collection will have half with stands and half without... Being a person with undiagnosed OCD, this will not be easy for me... I’m more then likely going to display all figures without stands, and for those of you that have any of the figures in this series, you’ll understand my frustration as a lot of the figures are very tricky to get to stand...
If anyone knows of any figure stands out there like the ones that came in this series, please let me know, I’ll be eternally thankful!!
End of my rant... pictures to come later tonight once I get these all set up!!..

That's funny that for a more classic Animated Series Harley they gave her such a realistic looking mallet. lol Thought they would give her one that looks more like it fits with the animated world a bit more, but it still looks awesome and a great figure.

I was looking forward to seeing the Spin Masters stuff way more than the McF stuff.
But not currently seeing anything I want or worth looking for.
Hopefully they will come out with more in the future.
Looking at some of the stuff they have made for their Paw Patrol lines...
I hope there are some oversized vehicles and playsets in the future.
Saw the McF's Batmans today at Target. $20 each.
The BTAS one looked more cartoony than it should.
I am not planning on getting any of these atm. So y'all have fun.

I finally found some of these at Target this morning. I only got Batman and Superman. The animated figures are just not for me, so I passed on them. I think I'm going to stick to the regular figures.
My initial thoughts are, I think Batman and Superman look good. Bigger than I thought they would be (after years of collecting DCUC), but still really nice looking. I bought a WWE figure at the same time for the same price, and being bigger and heftier, these DC figures feel more worth the price.

I wound up getting Superman yesterday at Target. I was initially mad that the line is 7", but I'm just displaying him by himself so he still looks good. For those still looking for any of these in the set, amazon has them all available for preorder with a shipping date of the 17th.

Just picked up the 3 3/4 inch figures of black and silver Superman (with beard) and The Flash. I love these. I could do without the accessories though. Just random armor for them that isn't necessary. I can understand if it's weapons for Batman and such. The "laser eyes" headpiece for Superman is cool but doesn't really fit his head and I don't want to chip the paint. Overall, I will be collecting these!

maybe Im not looking in the right place but how are these beside Multiverse figures? I want the Green Arrow when it comes out but dont know if I need to put it beside the Mattels (replacing the other since it was small) or if ill have to start a new line collecting Arrowverse

And this store their system says hold until the Jan 19th. lol But I did have Big Bad ship my PoL today so at some point in the next 10-14 days I should have my DCC BtAS Bane, Mr Freeze, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy along with the Batman B&W PVC set #4. I got an email from EEarth letting me know that my BtAS Bane, Freeze, Croc and Ivy will be shipping this week as well!!.. can’t wait for these... sooooo happy I passed on the Rogues 4 pack in when it came out... saved hundreds this way... |
