I have never paid more than 30 for a Matty exclusive DC guy man.....when the heat goes off them they sometimes go down. Thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll wait awhile and see if they do go down No hassle man.....I was able to score Black Mask, Poison Ivy,Rocket Red, Wally Flash, Fire & Ice with no hassles at all for 25ish. I still Have Huntress, Phantom Stranger, Ras, Constantine & Damian/Robin to score from DCUC alongside some others but Im making my way through the list slowly.

Does anyone know if the TH Luthor & Riddler will eventually be released as singles? It's ridiculous that we have to purchase another Batman & Superman in a multi-pack to get each at the moment!
So far, I have the TH releases of:
Batman, Superman, Aquaman, GL Hal, Flash, Sinestro, Mr. Freeze, Bizarro, Steel & Hawkman!

I really wish these Animated Series Figures would feature more designs from the Fox version. I wasn't super into the later one and they seem to dominate this line.

So far, the waves are alternating 3 figures from one show and 1 from the other. So between the first 4 waves, you'll have an even number of figures from each show. Waves 2/4 are heavy on the original Fox show, though.

This thread is in sweet. TELL me you're gonna buy some DC figures now. Can't really afford to and I can't convince myself to. I wouldn't use them, just kinda look at them. I don't have "sh*t to look at" money, haha. I would stab a man for those Hot Toys gimmicks. Sweeney Todd and Superman, Batman, Joker, etc. Seriously. I'll murder.

I finally went and ordered the 8-bit Neca batman for customizing. I couldn't find one of the movie versions cheap enough and I waited too long and Hastings is out of them. I'll post some pictures when I get it and start working. Probably be Sunday before I get to it though.

I never even thought of it before, but seeing the deluxe Roxy with her Rocket makes me want a 6" scale TAS Batmobile really bad.
Really seems like they are going all in with this line, which is truly a dream come true for me. And while I agree with bababooey that I'm much more interested in the TAS versions, I think sprinkling in the TNBA figures in an equal ratio is a smart strategy to keep the line going for a long time. I mean if they just focused on TAS, people would be asking for TNBA versions more and more as they got through the TAS characters. Then as they shift focus to the TNBA characters there would be a decline in sales and interest, because TAS was the more popular and more highly regarded show, so the line would most likely fizzle out.

As long as we get a Nightwing soon I will be happy. But there are a couple TNBA designs I like more than their BTAS counterparts.

This is where I fall on the TNBA redesigns Joker: LOVED TAS.....hated TNBA. ROTJ and JLU returned the design to a better place. Penguin: much preferred TAS. Riddler: 50/50 for me......no winner. Really liked both. Catwoman: much preferred her TAS look. Two Face: see Riddler Poison Ivy: I liked TNBA better. Mr Freeze: see Riddler/Two face Scarecrow: I much preferred TNBA. Bane: Totally on the side of TNBA here. Gordon and Alfred: UGH....they made them look like decrepit old men. Robin doesn't really count because they are different people.....but I did like Grayson/Robin better. God I love this toon.

Actually I like Batman slightly more as TNBA. Others that I like TNBA designs more are... Bruce Wayne Dick Grayson Bane Killer Croc (by a hair) Scarecrow Mr Freeze Riddler

Since we're doing this, haha.
Batman - I prefer BTAS, but that's because I like that costume a bit more. I liked when they'd do the "retro" flashbacks in BTAS (example - "Robin's Reckoning") and he'd have the black bat logo, no yellow costume on.
Robin - Like mentioned, they're different characters, so it's not much of a "redesign." But I like Grayson's costume better. The irony is, Grayson is wearing Drake's comic costume, and Drake is wearing something entirely new in the series.
Joker was horrendous in TNBA. The BTAS version was near perfect to me. I was glad they met a happy medium in his JL/JLU appearances.
Penguin is tough to call. I like the TNBA version because it's more in line with most of his appearances, while the BTAS is pretty specifically the Burton Penguin. That said, neither are bad.
Riddler is BTAS for me, hands down. No one THAT smart would dress the way he did in TNBA, haha.
Two-Face didn't change at all, did he? I mean, aside from being more stylized, proportion-wise. So I could go either way with him. Same with Clayface and Harley Quinn, they were basically identical from one series to the next.
Bane GREATLY improved with TNBA. I never got the impression that he was scary when he was in his luchador gear, but he definitely got scary with the TNBA redesign.
Catwoman - the BTAS version by a mile. I didn't mind the black costume, but the big white eyes threw it off for me.
The rest? I'd give BTAS the edge for Ivy, Croc, Alfred, Gordon, Bullock, and Grayson (never cared for the long haired Nightwing design). TNBA wins with Freeze, Batgirl, and Bruce Wayne.

PJ didn't DC Direct make a Green Lantern line that included a plastic adult sized ring?
