Man Fabiola Maldonado doesn't get credit dudes a stud I'm excited to see what he does .
Not sure how I feel about Silva vs Hamill, I've lost interest I'm both fighters. Silva seems to get suspended or on leave every time he wins

Should be fun, but Shields has been completely underwhelming since joining UFC.which sucks because I was pulling for him vs GSP. Thiago vs Hamill should be brutal..

Didn't realize how much fun this card was. Maia has looked great since moving down to 170. Hopefully he'll continue his streak.

I set up my DVR at home to catch the Prelims as well as the main card, so that will be fun once I get home from work.
Shields hasn't been the same since his father passed away, so I don't know what to expect from him. As far as Maia goes, sky is the limits at 170 it seems. Quick and improving striking, plus an improving wrestling game to add to his ground game. Not saying Shields doesn't have a chance, I just don't know where to place him after the last couple of fights.

which are you talking about? the dillashaw/assuncao decision, or palhares holding the leg lock too long? i thought dillashaw won 29-28, fairly clearly at that.
i actually had a feeling about palhares dropping weight, and got good odds on it. i sent it in a little bit on him, made a pretty penny. that was the only fight i touched tonight though... i mainly just bet good odds, i didnt really like anything else enough to jump heavy at.
the undercard had some nice finishes... cariaso's a beast.

Originally, it was the Dillashaw decision. I had him winning two rounds, fairly clearly as well. Regarding the Palhares leg lock, that's just disrespectful. At this point, if Dana White is true to his word, I wouldn't mind him not fighting in the UFC any longer.

Can't say he doesn't deserve it. www.mmafighting.com/2013/10/10/4825310/dana-white-rousimar-palhares-banned-from-the-ufcThat sucks too man. Palhares is waaay too talented to be pulling that crap.

The Brazilian MMA commission also suspended him for 120 days.

Palhares has no one to blame but himself... that stuff, like the Paul Daley cheap-shot, has no place in the UFC.
And that Maia/Shields fight was just horrible.

Wasn't the worst fight I've ever seen. Don't think any of us were expecting a slobberknocker

it was actually much what i expected, and i enjoyed watching two high level grapplers battle in what was essentially a chess match. i thought it was by far shields' best and most impressive performance since the henderson fight.
