WTF IS THIS crap! I just wasted 60 dollars for this crap, WHO THE  WON!? INVISBLE MAN WON?! WHO!?!?!!?!?!? This is ridiculous! I am rarely this let down on a PPV but this was just awful, everything else was decent during the PPV but this just left a bad taste in my mouth. Now if WWE was smart, this is what would of happened. After Big Show knocked out Orton have the Shield come out and ambush Show and Bryan then put Orton on top of Bryan for the pin and have Maddox come down and pin 1...2...3 and we would atleast have a winner. damn man that sucks. I only have like 60 bucks to my name period right now and if it was wasted on this event id cry... This was easily one of the worst PPVs this year. Rhodes/Goldust vs Reigns/Rollins stole the show. I already forgot what else happend though. |

I'm shocked people were into this, really. It was a bunch of thrown together matches of below to average quality, one good one, and a decent match that was ruined by an awful finish. This would have been fine for an episode of Raw, but a Pay-Per-View? No way. I'm trying to think when the last time I was so dissatisfied with a show was, and I can't. I guess in a way, that's a good thing. WWE has been coming up big with Pay-Per-Views lately.
This event shouldn't have even happened, honestly. They could have easily just built into Hell in a Cell in 3 weeks.

This easily could've been an episode of RAW. With a finish like that, you gotta wonder why they wouldn't put the Shield/Rhodes' match on last, because that was by far the best part of the show. Could've sent fans home happy.

as much as I wanna stay up and LOL at (and contribute to) the internet exploding over the horrible finish, I need to go to bed and wake up and study for an afternoon midterm that I neglected to study for 3 hours during the ppv tonight (tee hee).
(as usual, the thread was better than the show itself <3 )

Even though us in the UK got this for free I still feel ripped off. PPV was meh overall. Rhodes/Shield overall was MOTN, Hardcore match should have been longer, tag match sucked minus the swing, IC title match was OK, Kofi/Bray was OK, Punk/Ryback was good, Diva's was meh, main event was good and the ending could have been a lot worse by having another Big Show turn so good job there.
If we can get a Shield vs Rhodes 6 man tag street fight & Orton/Bryan in the Cell at HIAC then we should be in for a good event.

Wasn't expecting anyone to leave with the title tonight, likely being saved for Hell In A Cell. Went into it with low expectations so I'm not all up in arms about anything like everyone else seems to be.

I don't see how a no contest for a vacant WWE title is a good ending. It'd have been fine for RAW, but PPVs are supposed to be about resolution, and I have not gotten that. HIAC is 3 weeks away, it leaves good build for the title to be on the line inside a HIAC Match. Wrestling is about storylines, this is continuing a storyline. I don't see how it's bad. Your argument doesn't cover the fact that we people paid $60 for a show that is building up to another show. More importantly, there was how much filler on this show? This was a bad episode of Raw that they charged everyone for. And I'm usually the first guy to tell people to calm down with complaints. |
