I would love Allied Powers (red white and blue Luger I assume from the lex Express dealio). That would be a very colorful figure. Narcissist is my 2nd choice. I would be happy with either. NWA Luger would be a more bland figure than the other two. Anyway, great news! Luger was in my top 10 most wanted for sure. Cant wait for the polls asking about which Scott Hall and Flair too  |

accessories wise:
NWA era-- Not sure. It would have to be a belt. But do they have the rights to the older NWA/WCW belts? don't believe so
Narcissist-- Cape & Mirror.
USA-- USA Flag, WWF winged eagle. Maybe a USA track suit lex express style.
NWO Wolfpac-- a blank tanktop w/ red NWO logo
based on acessories...Narcissist would be the coolest. But the Elite Collection is all about highly detailed figures. And the USA gimmick is his most detailed look of his career.
NWA or Wolfpac would be so basic looking....that I would rather they were infact, in the basic line.

Please understand the USA WWF 1994 would be the best option, it was his biggest run in the business and that information comes straight from Lex's mouth.. the nwa version is boring simple and would not stand out in a package on a toysRus shelf.... just imagine the USA version would even sell to 9 year olds who have no CLUE who Lex is.. because he appears like a SUPERHERO awesome superstar wrestler reppin the USA!!!  the only selling point of a nwo version would be the nwo shirt.. otherwise his look is once again boring and only memorable to those fans from 98,99. obviously the wwf intro would be awesome looking as well..but not as appealing on the shelf to strangers which is probably very important in terms of sale.  who agrees ? |

Actually Luger from the nitro beat hogan for belt. That'd be my pick!

Thanks for asking Bill! Best Flashback news for awhile.
I'm definitely in favor of the 4 Horsemen era Luger, from just after his split with them so a red or yellow tights look would be great, but my preference would be the neon green.

For the record, one cannot simply just "swap the heads" on a USA Luger to make an NWA/WCW Luger. His hair was completely different being much shorter and simply wouldnt look right. Now, if you wanted to make the Narcissist version you could very easily swap the head over onto more colorful tights and make a 91 Heel run Luger...which honestly I would much prefer anyway!   |

Had to vote with the "Allied Powers/Lex Express" Luger, granted my personal favourite attire for Luger is his Narcissist attire, but in terms of selling the figure you can't really go wrong with the USA Lex. The NWA look seems a bit dull and his Wolfpack attire I don't think would seem to great to me.
So USA/Lex Express, due to the colours popping at the consumer, kids would think "That guy looks cool" with the designs and colours, parents would tell them stories on memories of them. It's nostalgia for us guys & a few (not sure how many there is) girls in our 20's and up and a history lesson for younger fans.

NWA/Total Package version is my top want. It is arguably his iconic look, black tights and white boots. It can be used as NWA era or WCW era. I don't know what could be added as an accessory, nwa belts are still a no go right?, maybe the shiny WHC.
Big pass on wolfpack version. Basically same as above with red nwo shirt, or him in black jeans and shirt.
Either wwf version is also a want. Probably express first, then narcissist. US flag from Cesaro for express, long cloth robe for narcissist.

WOW! Blown away and super excited! Its awesome that Mattel has reached out to us..........but damn its a tough choice! I know its not cost effective but perhaps you could do a Diesel / Nash situation with old Lexy  |
