He's good in the ring, but his character is so incredibly cheesy and childish that it's embarrassing to watch. He needs to go heel. My thoughts exactly

He's great in the ring and honestly one of the nicest people you'll meet, but as a face he's terrible. He's just like del rio in a way, he gets hate for being boring. As a a heel I think he's one of the best, certainly not boring.
When he returns, I hope they'll turn him heel.

Honestly come to think of it everyone was begging for Orton to turn back heel for YEARS and now look. He's as boring as ever.

I love his in ring work. But, him being face, while it's kinda okay, it just doesn't make me really want to get behind his character. Heel Sheamus was far more entertaining.

I like intense Sheamus heel or face. The cena lite version is terrible.

Orton plays the same character whether he's face or heel but he has solid matches with just about everyone and if you can make what he's doing meaningful, which is what they are doing now, then he contributes well at the top of the card. He reminds me of Triple H in that regard. We sort of saw everything Orton has to offer a long time ago, so it's all relative to keeping him in an interesting story, which is what happened to Triple H around the 2003 mark imo. Plus, the only other guy WWE has built up as a top heel is ADR, who I can't stand. I do see Del Rio losing the WHC and feuding with Bryan next, whether Bryan is WWE Champion or not.

The main issue with Sheamus is his lack of gimmick. He is just the good guy, with no real story, or reason to care about him. He's obviously better suited as a heel, but I feel with the right story, he could get over pretty big.

I like Sheamus but his shtick has become repetitive and tiresome. He's due for a heel turn.

It seem like everyone's solution to stale characters on WF is to either turn them heel, or to get off of TV.I'm honestly fine with Sheamus as a face, Sheamus worked his way to the top and wasn't handed everything from the start. I guess everyone just turns on people when they've reached the top or turn face.

He's such a ing scumbag. "Oh, you proved me wrong? Well! *Brouge Kick*!" "Oh, you showed me up as an idiot? Well! *Brouge Kick*!" "Oh, you breathed on me! Well! *Brouge Kick*!" He's like that annoying person on Facebook that when you don't agree with one of their posts they go nuts. I love to hate him honestly.

I guess everyone just turns on people when they've reached the top or turn face. He became WWE Champion 6 months after his debut, 3 months after he made his debut on Raw. Sheamus was pushed to the moon. They gave him the US Title, made him KOTR, and had him win the Royal Rumble, all in an effort to keep getting him over. He was a 3 time World Champion 3 years into his career. What exactly was so hard about his rise to the top? It seems to me he was given every opportunity in the world to succeed. WWE made a major investment in him, especially with the Rumble and his WHC run. Plenty of other guys have never gotten that kind of faith from WWE. Sheamus didn't even really start getting a decent reaction until he was halfway through his 200 day WHC run, and it wasn't even that great of reaction for the kind of push he was given.

I don't like him cause his character is horrible. He's supposed to be a good guy, but all of his feuds just revolve around him being an bunghole/bully to somebody, i.e. being blatantly racist during the Del Rio feud, attacking Sandow because he's smarter than him, etc. I don't know why WWE thinks the way to get somebody over as a face is for them to be a jerk to the heels.

Now that I think about it I guess he really didn't do much, so I guess your right. Honestly I remember when Sheamus won the WWE Title shortly after his debut, I almost thought WWE was giving him the same push they gave Brock Lesnar, and I really don't hear anyone complain about Lesnar winning the WWE Title 4 or 5 months after his debut so please, tell me your opinion on when Lesnar won the belt so soon.

It was funny how Big Show made fun of Sheamus after he retained the World Heavyweight Championship at TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs last year. "Now get to the back of the line, you potato-eating Irishman! What made you think that your ginger snap pasty white self...could ever defeat me?" That potato-eating Irishman needs to go away. What made him think that his ginger snap pasty white self could ever get love from the crowd?
