They were selected for outstanding outings in previous Royal Rumbles. Random.org was used to provide the order of entrants. I will also use Random.org to determine the number of eliminations. If there are 4 men in the ring, I will enter numbers 0-3 into Random.org to determine the number of contestants eliminated during that round. If the number is 0, no one is eliminated. If the number is 2, 2 people are eliminated. And so on and so forth. "'Big' John Studd has been eliminated!""Big" John Studd is eliminated at 18:35. Studd threw Sheamus over the top rope, almost
eliminating him. Sheamus landed on the apron.
When Studd charged Sheamus to knock him off,
Sheamus ducked and pulled down the top rope, eliminating Studd.

I went with Rey Mysterio, Jr., Edge, Triple H, Diesel, Batista, Bob Backlund and Alberto Del Rio.
Rey Mysterio, Jr. - He's the little guy and he is in the ring with some serious players. His high flying style is going to get him eliminated.
Edge - I think Edge is medicore. I don't think he should have lasted this long.
Triple H - I was never the biggest fan of Triple H after his return. I felt he lost several steps. Plus he bores me.
Diesel - He would not be able to dominate the competitors in the All Star Rumble the way he was able to in the 1994 Rumble. He's gone quick.
Batista - I think Batista would do fairly well. This decision came down to the fact that I think the wrestlers remaining are better than him.
Bob Backlund - Another hard cut. Backlund would have gone much farther with a less stacked field.
Alberto Del Rio - Alberto lasts for a little while, but ultimately isn't up to par.

Damn. I just went backwards and picked the guys I wanted to see stick around the most, which were Bret, Diesel, HHH, Jericho and Edge. I can't believe Batista doesn't have way more votes. That guy  ing sucks. He was the first guy I voted off the island. |

I like how nobody is voting to eliminate Jericho even though he never won a rumble and has no memorable runs in a rumble match besides making it to the final two w/ Sheamus.

I'll take Jericho over Sheamus and Del Rio all day though. I'm not going to punish Jericho for WWE incorrectly booking the winner of the final two in the 2012 Rumble. |
