So I just noticed this... Did his back tattoo shrink with age or?... Because that doesn't really make sense.

Current Brock has the extra tattoos, old Brock doesn't, so I'm guessing they resized the main tat for the flashback to make it fill the space better.

but that wouldnt make sense to do that cuz now its not accurate. the space was there to begin with which is why he could get those meat hook tattoos. doesnt make sense to me either, but, its not that big a deal to me.

They just did it like that on the modern brock to include to meat hooks. I like the new one personally. Are you going to pose them with both their backs showing side by side or something?

I tell you what has shrinked on the RSC exclusive, Brocks calves. I never knew current Brock had bigger calves then 2002/03 Brock! Lol

I think the hook tattoos would fit in the remaining spot fine...so I see nothing wrong with it.

I honestly don't have a problem with it, I'll probably display it with the shirt anyway

I totally appreciate the desire for accuracy, but this observation as a compliant is a little too much. I respect that everyone has an opinion and expectation as a consumer, but to critique the size of that main back tat is too much. The hooks could still fit if one wanted to add them.
These are $20 action figures from a mainstream mfg and not high end premium format collectibles from Sideshow or Hot Toys and as such should be judged and critiqued accordingly.
I have an OCD expectation when it comes to articulation. I do not want action features or any pre-posed arms, legs etc so I can relate to having specific expectations, but there are certain limiting factors and acceptable standards that have to be taken into consideration when looking at a mass-market action figure. Don't ruin the poetntial to enjoy this figure by over-analyzing it.
Just my 2 cents.

My problem with th figure is the head. He has aged tremendously since that time period and should have a current look. Along with the calves mentioned above. I still love this figure though.

Well, if we're worried about accuracy. You may also be troubled to find that Brock Lesnar is a human, and not made of plastic. Stupid mattel. They can never get it right.

This is really just nitpicking, IMO. The larger tattoo looks better. There would've been too much empty space on his back if they didn't re-size it. I think the figure looks fantastic.

They are a toy company! If you want to collect accurate figures invest in necca/mcfarlane or something. Surw I agree sometimes with things like rybacks build etc, but as is the same with ALL consumer products like apple too, NOTHING will be perfect or you wont buy the next installment.
