Well, they haven't made my favorite wrestler of all time yet. I'm hoping that 2014 is the big year we finally get the Ric Flair Mattel figure we've all been waiting for!
I'm sure the retail line will be longer than the one for Space Mountain the day these things go on sale....
I was sure we were going to get one when he started appearing for WWE again at the end of 2012 and a couple times in 2013.... and I was very confused as to why JAKKS never made a TNA version of "The Nature Boy".... I figured maybe it had something to do with WWE, so now it should have been resolved... but it's now the end of 2013, and no Mattel Ric Flair?
We all know that producing this figure would be like having a license to print money.... c'mon, Mattel! Give us "The Dirtiest Player In The Game!" Watch your sales go through the roof, ALL NIGHT LONG!

Mr Perfect - His legends figure is disappointing. Too thin and lanky. I can't wait for B37. One of my most ancticpated figures as a collector. My favorite Perfect figure is the Jakks Executive Consultant fix up I did. I hope we get a Mattel version. I'm excited for that series as well. Zeb Culter! Mattel will never make a figure of my favorite wrestler (I'll give you two guesses who). I have to settle for customs. Benoit or Sting

My favorite all-time wrestlers are Hulk Hogan and Jeff Hardy. Hogan is an obvious non-factor due to the inability to make him thusfar. We don't talk about the figure that shall not be discussed, but were I to own that figure ;-) I would not be too pleased with it. I think it's a little too lanky and the facepaint is lame.

Favorite wrestler of all time is Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. So many great memories of him feuding with Jake "The Snake" Roberts, the Macho Man, and Flair.
I think Mattel has done a good job on all three of Steamboats figures. Especially the DM one. His basic with Jericho isn't the best, and I don't own it. However I think I'd like to pick it up simply to have all the Steamboat figures.
Had the privilege of meeting him at Wrestlemania this year and having him sign a poster that use to hang in my room as a teenager. Great guy.

Benoit or Sting If Jakks wanted to make waves in the figure world again, they should release a Benoit Legends of the Ring figure. It's not like they don't already have the head scans.

Dean Ambrose and Brock Lesnar. Mattel nailed them both.

I'm a band-wagoner, so yeah, it's Hogan. Although I love the Sheik-y baby. Funny, off-topic story, though: I was showing my Lebanese mother-in-law my Legends figures and when I showed her the Sheik, she couldn't help but correct my pronunciation (I said SHEEK, she said SHAKE). It was very hard to explain to her that if I said it the right way, no one would know who the hell I was talking about. I mean, you don't dis G1 Grimlock because he sits back on his tail and you don't call him the Iron Shake, science and annunciation be damned!

The Rock. Always has, always will be.
Since i first started watching wrestling in early 98 i immediately favored Rock. He was just so damn entertaining on the mic, in the ring, whatever. One of my fav matches ever is the Halftime Heat Empty Arena match between him and Mankind, basically cuz you can hear him trash talking the entire time and i crack up. I could watch it over and over. I got rid of most of my Jakks figs long ago but still have a couple Rocks, and i have 26 (and counting) Mattel Rocks all in dif attires. Ive also got t-shirts, posters, Rock sunglasses, elbow pads, etc. Was even lucky enough to find 3 of his electrifying silk shirts (as seen in my sig). When he returned to wrestling in 2011 i thought it was *finally* time to go out and get the tattoo i had always wanted. I got his People's Eyebrow brahma bull logo, but colored and shaded like his actual brahma bull tattoo, on my arm.
I think Mattel has done great Rocks so far. E22 is excellent for current Rock and the DM is great for classic Rock, but i can still dream for a better classic. Perfection would be WM27 base with the black suit pants, dress shoes from BAF legs, new head or EG head, molded gold watch/bracelet/necklace, and one of his long sleeve electrifying shirts. With sunglasses and a mic of course.
Others favs would be: Stone Cold Steve Austin Undertaker CM Punk Dolph Ziggler
All of which i feel have been done very well by Mattel as well

My Favourites will probably never have a Mattel release versions of them, people like;
Owen Hart Raven LuFisto Necro Butcher Sting Jaki Numazawa Jun Kasai Dynamite Kid (He's probably the closest we're going to get in terms of a Mattel figure released and that's a slight stretch)

Ultimate Warrior- They've done a great job with his figures so far. Only versions I want are the Ultimate Maniacs period with the singlet, his WCW debut, and Wrestlemania 12. I wouldn't mind his attire from the cage match with Rick Rude from Summerslam as well.
Sting- I'm sure one day they will be able to make this, and I am sure it will be great. I wouldn't mind seeing Clash of the Champions 1, Great American Bash 90', Starrcade 97, Wolfpac Sting.
Steve Austin- I think they've captured his different looks perfectly. I regret getting rid of the Defining Moments Austin. Only other look I'd like to see would be a Hollywood Blondes 2-Pack with Brian Pillman.
Ric Flair- I'd like to see multiple NWA style Flairs, 92 WWF Flair, and Wrestlemania 24 Flair.
Bret Hart- They did a fantastic job with Bret. I would love to see a Pink Top, Black Bottoms version. Or a 2-Pack with Jim Neidhart.
Big Show- They've done a great job capturing most of his looks. I'd like to see his attire from his first WWF title reign.
Mick Foley- All three figures they've done are beautiful. I'd just like to see them wrap it up with a Dude Love and Wrestlemania 22 Mick Foley.

When i was younger, my favorite wrestler was "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, i cheered D-Generation X throughout 2006 and when rumors of Chris Jericho returning were circulating i watched old stuff with him in it and decided he was my favorite of all-time.
Since Jericho is part-time now, i pop pretty big for Ryback, Antonio Cesaro and Daniel Bryan. I'd consider those three (along with Jericho, if he's active) my favorites currently.

At this point, I'd say my favourite is Edge, though Cena's coming close. Mattel has captured Cena perfectly. Edge, not so much. The first headsculpt that was on Elite 1, WrestleMania Heritage 1 and TLC, that one was great. The other headsculpts for Edge were bad (that one they used on most of his basics, and the even worse one they used on Elite 8) to mediocre (the Flashback one). They screwed up the tattoos on most of his later figures too. And this one isn't Mattel's fault because it was a year or two before they got the contract, but I really wish we'd gotten an elite Edge in the camo tights he was rocking in 2007. If Jakks wanted to make waves in the figure world again, they should release a Benoit Legends of the Ring figure. It's not like they don't already have the head scans. I know you're joking, but imagine if they did it! It wouldn't even be an option for Jakks really of course, but perhaps the company that put out figures of Ed Gein and John Wayne Gacy would consider it. I don't think many places would carry a thing like that, no supermarkets or department stores would touch them. Did comic book stores sell those serial killer figure lines? I know McFarlane's Monsters line had a bunch of killers and criminals, but they were all historical. I think Benoit is way too recent a monster for even comic stores to be comfortable stocking a toy celebrating him. And more importantly, it'd jeopardise Jakks' relationships with their big brands. They probably have a contract with Disney that has behaviour/reputation clauses, which would result in contract breach and lawsuits if Jakks did start putting out dolls of real-life murderers.
