If you can remember DM 5, it had John Cena which comes with a "Spinning" US Title and a "Non-Spinning" WWE Spinner Title
how come we NEVER got an official "Spinning" WWE Spinner Title?

Cause the "spinning" title sucks... and it cost too much to make.

Its quite simple really, the only figure released that would use the title was the DM 5 Cena. Mattel would have to have tooled new brand new titles for that figure and that figure alone. There was financially or logically no reason not to just use the same title they've had and just tool one new title.
In simple terms, it sucked and would cost too much.

So they only made 1 and reused the other. Mattel has stated many many times that each series has specific financial limits on it. That's my point, and its an obvious one.

E10 Big Show had 2 new titles, and how come DM Bret Hart come with a belt, jacket, and Canadian flag or Shawn Micheals with a white Coat and Hat? Elite 10 Big show was in a regular Elite line. It had a higher budget (6 or 8 figures I believe) so financially they could put the money into those belts. Also Mattel knew that they were almost guaranteed to sell 2 Big shows the way they had them packaged so they were essentially doubling their profit on that figure. Bret came with his accessories because it financially fit into the budget. Mattel could have done something (for example) like leave out Bret's jacket and glasses and that would have freed up enough money in the budget for a new spinning title....but what would you rather have a Bret Hart with glasses, jacket, Title and flag for $25.99 or Bret with a flag for $25.99. Mattel made sure financially you got the most "bang for your buck" but adjusting what accessories came with what figures. Again it comes down to the point, financially it cost to much to retool a new title for just that figure (unless you took accessories/paint apps away from the figures in DM5)

Jakks made one, I think I still have it in my "for sale" bin... but by the time Mattel got the line, the belt didn't spin anymore.

Why do you need more? this "It is too expensive" excuse NEEDS to stop, they have gone all out with the Cena, adding 2 chains, a removable jersey and shirt, stand, and a new belt, so why they wouldn't create this belt? it wouldn't cost a lost just to cut a hole in place the spinner portion, and have the spinner piece separate

Probably not very difficult. It's not as though a title that hasn't been relevant since 2006 was deeply in demand. People are over it. We even got the brand new WWE Title months after it debuted to replace it.

You could have had a spinning belt but you would have had to take accessories away from DM 5. Whether it was from Bret or Cena. They have a budget of X dollars. They cant financially go over X dollars. What they gave us was in their budget. Making a new title would have gone over budget. This really isnt hard to understand. Im sure Im explaining it even in more detail then what Mattel would. They wouldnt simply say "It wasnt in the budget" and leave you at that.

I dunno, but really the only reason I want a "spinner " belt is to turn the logo upside-down for E24 Miz.

New tools cost $ to make.

this "It is too expensive" excuse NEEDS to stop Guys, he hasn't been fooled by the excuse. He knows that the figures secretly have an unlimited budget. We're gonna have to tell him the truth. therealmasterchief, the truth is that there's a conspiracy against the spinning WWE title. Mattel is in on it and so are we. We really hoped you wouldn't find out.
