What I said in the last thread on this topic a week ago, was 'We need to get rid of the Money in the Bank, THEN unify the titles.' The money in the bank is lazy. Why can't we just push people properly into these spots instead of 'You won a match! Title Match for you!' I hate this stupid 'Now the World title is the Hardcore Title! 24/7!' The Money in the Bank is fine, it's just that they need to get rid of the 24/7 part of it. It's not laziness so much as they want their top faces to have an "out" for losing because they protect them a bit too much Actually I think the Money in the Bank should be what the actual World Heavyweight Title is now. It should be the new test run prize to gauge a talent's potential main event worthiness. If they do well, then they get to be WWE Champion. If they flop, then they lose the cash in, or if WWE is lenient, they win, but they're a midcardjng champion overshadowed by Cena, HHH or whoever and their reign is only transitional at best.

Well, people ask all the time why the I.C. Title means nothing, and I blame it on the Money in the Bank. There's no secondary title anymore. It's just Secondary Briefcase.

Orton vs Cena unification match at Royal Rumble, Bryan wins the rumble. Bryan gets his big pay off at wrestlemania defeating Cena for the unified championship.

John Cena vs Randy Orton is the Rock vs Austin of this generation. I am all for a Unification Match at WM 30. I thought it became obvious on Monday, thats what they are going for. They can both say they won it the same night, and have the exact same amount of days as Champion. Sign me up. No...that's John Cena vs. CM Punk. Give me Cena vs. Punk or Punk vs Bryan and I'll be happy. I don't want to see Orton vs. Cena, that's for sure.

I wouldn't mind if they did it like they did at Vengeance 2001. Cena vs Bryan for the WHC, Punk vs Orton for the WWE Championship, and the winners of those face each other to unify, (Punk vs Bryan) That would be amazing...

Punk vs Cena is a great rivalry, but to me WWE has showcased Cena VS Orton in a much bigger way than Cena VS Punk. Im not saying its a terrible match, Im just stating my opinion. These 2 guys are WWEs go to guys, their faces for the company.

Cena and Orton both burst onto the scene at the same time, both rose to main event level at the same time, both have had reasonably equal amount of success and have done it in the same amount of time as one another. Does that sound familiar?

I think it is odds on to happen, purely because their is no brand split. Which means one title represents both brands instead of having a mid card hold the world heavyweight title for the majority of the time. The WHC has gone from main event at Wrestlemania to first at some PPV's and has little value anymore.

I think it makes sense to. It's not like there is two rosters anymore. So make the belts mean more.

I would love it. The WHC is just midcard belt #3 anyways

Unify the title in a fatal four way. Cena/*hopefully Punk*/Orton/Bryan. Everyone's getting a shot at it that way.

I'm not saying Austin Rock and Orton Cena are even in the same league as far as quality. But if we had to pick one from this era that is most symmetrical with Austin/Rock then it's easily Orton Cena.

Were talking today, right now, and Batista isn't around right now. I do see where you're coming from with them both winning big ones at mania 21 and all, but Batista is nearly 10 years older than Orton and Cena and isn't taking nearly an exact same career path as Cena. Orton and Cena have been the two faces of the company for a LONG time now.

Does that sound familiar? Punk is a bigger star than Orton now. Orton/Cena matches never click. People don't have the dueling Orton/Cena chants like they do for Cena/Punk. Cena/Punk is a much better rivalry in terms of in ring action and promos. Punk & Cena both know how to cut a promo just like Austin/Rock unlike Orton. They don't have to have the same path's to stardom, its which feud is overall the feud people want to see. Austin & The Rock were the two top stars of their time and Cena and Punk are right now.

Only if it is Punk vs Cena for it. Because lets be honest, they are the Rock-Austin of this generation. Fits better for a unification than Bryan-Punk. More like Cena/Orton are the Austin/Rock of this generation with the way the WWE books things. Anyway a lot of people don't seem to understand that the WWE will never give us Punk/Bryan closing out WM for the world titles. Hell we most likely won't get them fighting for a title at WM. At WM30 we will get Cena standing tall, once again having overcome the odds. Whether that be against Orton, HHH, or some other top heel, its what the WWE is gonna give us whether we like it or not.

Am I the only one who liked when if u were on raw u weren't on smackdown, a unification should happen unless they brand split which i loved when they had the draft
