Examiner.com is reporting that Hulk Hogan has made a verbal agreement to return to WWE. The article states that a source within WWE is saying that Hogan is officially back with the company but has not signed a legend's deal.
There is talk of Hogan being a surprise entrant in this year's Royal Rumble from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hogan's name has been used more frequently on WWE television as of late to promote WWE 2K14. With this year being the 30th anniversary of WrestleMania, many reports have stated that Hogan will be contacted by WWE to make an appearance, possibly a match.
Below is an exact quote from the article that is on Examiner.com and their source from WWE:
"We knew this would happen at some point," the source tells Examiner. "It's my understanding that there isn't a contract in place, but there's a verbal agreement that will move forward. It's just a good fit for everybody involved, especially with the milestone WrestleMania 30 coming up. Hogan needed to finish up his stuff with TNA and just come home.

I honestly stopped reading after examiner. They were the ones reporting all this weird stuff lately and no ones ever heard of them. Some sort of trolling dirt sheet site maybe.

IF this ends up being true, I have no issue with him coming back for a WM appearance. Its not like its just for some random show, & outside of the legacies Taker & HBK have at this event, Hogan is clearly right behind them.

I wish he would just disappear already. Hogan hasn't brought anything to TNA, and I doubt he will do anything entertaining in WWE again either, since he can't wrestle. If he does wrestle, it will suck, just like his match in TNA with Flair.

If Voodoo Child plays at the Rumble I will mark out Me too because the last time we have heard that Voodoo Child theme song was 2002/03 so to hear it again if Hogan were to return then I would mark out especially if he were to return during the Rumble

Hogan if he comes back, who could he possibly come back to face?
Hogan vs Cena, 2 of perhaps the biggest stars of their generations, everyone compares Cena to Hogan any way
Or Hogan facing off against Orton, Punk, Taker, Lesnar, Sheamus, Bryan, Triple H, etc.

I'd love for him to come back to WWE.
Mainly because he won't be on TV as much. And won't have partial control of the company. Nor complete creative control of his character.
But I'd love for him to come back!

Hulk Hogan has been on TV for the last 4 years on TNA, so it wouldn't be a huge deal if he showed up on WWE. It's not like he's been gone for the past 4 years.
I think I speak for most fans when I say...
Go Away Hogan, nobody cares to see your old ass anymore.
He killed TNA with his contract, and now he wants to come back to the WWE. Vince would be a moron to take him back, Hulk Hogan is worth nothing in this day.

It's exactly like he's been gone for 4 years -- or actually, longer. It's around six years since he's been in WWE, isn't it? Something with Khali back in 2007 or 2008, unless I'm imagining that. Regardless, nobody cares about or watches TNA, so to the vast majority of viewers, Hogan has been gone from wrestling for all intents and purposes. Gonna be cool to see him walk down that aisle on the real show again. No interest in seeing him have a match, really. Don't know who he could even face. He can't take Cena's finisher, he can't do the legdrop... I guess he could play a part in a tag match.

Everyone wishes for the yesterday of wrestling, when there was various wrestling promotions, yet nobody cares to watch TNA. If people would give TNA a chance and invest time into it, maybe WWE would work harder on creating better story lines instead of having The Shield vs. Daniel Bryan and two partners of his choice every show.
