Are these the same size as the usual figures? Some of the heads look good. The articulation looks like it might be decent too. Are the hands and weapons magnetic?

If they're 12 inches I might buy at least Punk... maybe a few others..... I don't know why everyone's crapping on these when we don't really have a clear idea what they are.
I was hoping for smaller (G.I. Joe) sized figures, though..... I'd buy every one if they did those.
