Hands down I say Elite 23. Let's hear it for whoever calls the shots at Mattel! Thank you for having the balls to do 4 Flashbacks in a single wave! That was awesome, keep it up!

In my opinion I reckon Elite 19 was the best set. It was an all-star set including Kane, Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, Shawn Michaels, Dolph Ziggler and Miss Elizabeth.

E19 was the best and E23 was easily the worst me as someone who doesn't typically collect Flashbacks (did buy JBL though).

E22, 23, and 24 were all so amazing. Easily the best 3 sets in a row. But I went with E23. I hope we get many multiple flashback sets in the future.

E23! Taker, Cesaro and Macho were amazing. Next, i'd say E24 since it had updated scans of Ryback, Miz and Dolph and you werent forced to buy a Christian figure if you needed a white IC belt. Plus, I got everyone I needed for $8 a pop!

Though e19 is close. I gotta go with e23. Cesaro, DX HHH, Purple Taker, Sick Macho man with finally corrected winged eagle, and the debut of JBL (one of my favs ever). Even Cena couldn't bring this set down. Even though he's the only one I dont own. When the shelf warmer of a set is an amazing flashback DX HHH you know you are doing something right.

Wait, E18 and 19 were 2012 and E25 and 26 are 2013
I'm going to say E22. I got pretty much all of them from that set, nice updates for Rock and Kane, debut of Tensai and Sandow, cool FB Giant... and Big Show.
