Wow man, You make a lot of threads... Anyway my tip would be if you use them, don't be so rough, That way the paint wont chip.

You're obviously playing with them and with play will always come paint wear and loose joints. If you want your figures to stay in pristine condition then don't play with them. That simple.

OMG When you play, don't throw them down the stairs, Slam them down on the matt, Be gentle and careful, Realistic wrestling not a random collision of figures!? You got to be careful! Don't drop them, Paint wear allways happens after you've played, just be careful. And if you're playing and decide someone breaks their elbow, don't actually break the joint! Take it from a teenager who has and allways has played with his toys. No matter what his dad says about leaving them in the box, I'm a looser collector.

If you want to play with figures, buy some DA Jakks. Mattel figures are way too detailed to get thrown around like a rag doll.

I hear rubbing them with baby oil helps keep the joints tight even if you play with them all day.
