Over an entire year of build, with swerves, twists, unmaskings and internet rumours, Bully Ray goes over the entire storyline and explains it all in this awesome fan made video.
It's easy to hate something once it's over stayed its welcome, but I still think the Aces and Eights were awesome. And now this week on Impact we'll have the funeral of the Aces and Eights. I think TNA did this angle justice in the end, and unlike the Main Event Mafia, it actually had an ending instead of Angle just 'turning face' and Scott Steiner walking around the Impact Zone for weeks to come still wearing M.E.M Gear because he had no idea what had happened. As the now 'Zeb Colter' said 'What a waste of a year.' The above video goes into detail on every attack that was placed, every unmasking and every reveal. The only thing that's missing is Bully Ray killing Abyss in January 2012, which would eventually lead into the Aces and Eights angle.

I normally don't complain about wrestling writing but Bully being president made no sense

-- The angle lacked heel / face turns.
It was great seeing Wes & Garrett turn, but that was just 1 occasion. Bully's turn was good as well. When Anderson joined, it wasn't a quick turn, as it was played out a few weeks. Devon's revealing was nice, but wasn't a quick turn. So you really only had 2 heel turns.
And nobody from the faction, defected to TNA. Had DOC still been around, it would've been nice to see him turn face. The only time an A&8's member turned face, was after the fact Anderson was booted from the group. Plus, where's Wes been?! You would think by now, he would've extracted some sort of revenge on the group, and the fact that TNA hasn't used him for that purpose - knowing how talented the guy is, is just poor writing & booking.
Another thing that killed the gimmick (for me), was when they stopped entering/exiting through the crowd. Using the same entrance as the rest of the TNA roster, it highly watered down the gimmick.
In closing, the Aces & Eights had a TON of potential, but lack of creativity, that potential went frail to the wasteside. And now thanks to that, the group will forever be known as a 3rd rate nWo knockoff.

Wish Brooke Hogan Got some revenge on Bully by coasting him the title or something and maybe having some sorta cat fight with Brooke Tessmacher or something,I also hated how bully lost his title to Chris Sabin only to win the belt back again next week that was such a waste of time and giving it to chris Sabin of all people wasn't such a good move.

Loved the build up, hated once they did the revealing. Bully is amazing on the mic but Anderson should have got a better role the guy is pure entertainment.

I think it was mainly to keep the '100% Win' Statistic of cashing in the X-Title more then anything. And Sabin did deserve it, seeing as he spent almost 2 years on the shelf. Sure it became overbooked, but TNA needed the title on Ray heading into BFG against AJ.

The angle had some high points, but it also had far to many low points. It should of ended around the summer time IMO.

The best part is when they had like 25 guys and brawled with the whole roster. What happen to all the "prospects".

It was amazing the first few months, after Lockdown it all went down hill though.

The whole thing sucked. It was convuluted and unecessary. They brought all those guys in to do nothing but lose week after week, only to have them all disappear and go on to do nothing else within the company. When groups break up, the members usually go onto different things, using their previous stint as a platform. Where is everyone but Anderson and Bully now? Half of them were worthless, ie Taz, D-lo, garret, Dvon, and the rest they coulda did something with like Knox, Festus, and Wes but have thus far done nothing. And where has it gotten Bully Ray? He was doing fine as a heel on his own. So they decide to turn a "Bully" character face, so they can turn him heel? MMMk. So now he's back at square one, Anderson is back to his annoying self, and what lays in wake is months of low ratings, unused talent, and I use that term in the loosest sense, and TNA having to hit the reset button AGAIN thanks to Eric Bischoff's love child storyline. The best thing about this stable is that it's over. The concept had potential, but the buildup and follow through, like much of TNA during this time, was horribly executed.

I honestly see that as a positive in TNA's booking. When somebody is a mega heel (take Immortal.) once that faction is done, they all leave the company. You don't seem them hanging around like with the Alliance in the WWE. Sure, these guys tried to destroy the entire company, but that was a week ago! They're face now! I think it's a shame certain things didn't work out, though Mr. Anderson is doing a better job then D.O.C. would have.

That isn't actually a fan made video. It's the actual TNA videos from their youtube just put together. There were 3 parts I believe.

Plus I'd never go as far as saying Wes is as talented as you're saying. He botched so often, was awful on camera and couldn't speak/act convincingly for the stories that he was involved in. He was more like a wet blanket. I'd take Bischoff over Brisco for those reasons.
