I just want to say I've been one of the biggest God why do we keep getting Rey Mysterios all the time. I hate Rey Mysterio. He's taking up spots etc etc
I didn't have any Mattel Rey's and honestly didn't want any
Until
E24 came out. I had to have it I just love the attire
Anyway that led to picking up an E5 Mysterio in box for $10
Then that led to finally buying the Flash Mysterio from RSC loose
Then that led to picking up Bat Rey & Kofi
Then that led to me having to have the Rey debut figures from the box set
I gotta say they jump off a shelf while displaying your figures SO I guess Mattel keep pumping them out you've changed one adult collectors opinion
(I still don't care for him in the ring never really have. My favorite all time Rey moment was Nash throwing him like a dart into that trailer. That was a LOL moment)
I however will not change on BASIC Cenas. I can deal with Elites and different colored shirts but damn the Basics
Has anyone else finally come around on Rey (or another figure? I fear Sin Cara might be next for me! I just got B34 and love it)

Rey's figures aren't even as bad as they used to be, with the smaller packing and better all-round figures I have a few now.

I damn near bought the Yellow B34 just now in Target, only thing why I didn't is because I can get it a dollar cheaper at Wal Mart!! Never in a million years did I think I would start to halfway enjoy seeing Rey figures |

I've gotten pickier these days,but I have 17 rey figures myself. And I too am not a big fan of his really. But I am a fan of good looking figures,which many of his are. I got out of the habit of collecting them when I missed out on his e18 figure. I figured if I could live without that one (which looked fantastic) I could skip future releases unless he got a new look or scan. When the newer headsculpt came out,I picked that up and skipped the others .....until e24 came out. I felt I HAD to buy it. And thanks to that one,I've been fighting the urge to pick up several other recent releases.

Nice.. e5 is probably my favorite, but I also really liked e24 too. I do wish they would do fewer Rey's, but I get why they do it.

The Rey elites are always great, the issue is how many times he comes in an elite line.

I got Flash Rey since it was an exclusive, but I didn't get another Elite Rey until E21. I also got E24. I only get the attires I really like so I have a handful of Basics as well. He's not must buy for me at all but if they make a cool attire and depending on price I pick it up if I see it.

I'm also not a "Rey guy", but i really dig the newest Elite. Is that attire based on anything, or just cool looking?

I'm not a fan of any his Mattel figures with the exception of the WCW fig, the Batman BP, and the Dia De Los Muertos elite.
