Pulling out arms and shoulders and heating again and sliding it off How the hell do you pull shoulders out without first cracking the torso? Always wanted to know how to do that, I've ruined figures cracking torsos lol

If you're talking about the Basic, I just peeled the vest right off, no problem.

Exacto knife, cut a t shape in the back that's kinda pre outlined and then it should come right off. I think anyway.

wouldnt boiling soften it up and make it easier to cut the t? I'd guess so I just cut mine with scissors and scratched the back I'll do it better with the elite

I pulled the arms off the shoulders, and pulled the head off. Then heated the figured via boiling water, and pulled the vest right off over the top. It wasnt easy, but the vest is not cut or peeled or anything.

I used my finger. Took maybe 15 seconds.

I haven't done it yet, but I just plan on peeling apart the seam where it was glued together.

Ok. I don't want to run the vest because I may put it back on him so how do I get it off without cracking the torso?

Ok. I don't want to run the vest because I may put it back on him so how do I get it off without cracking the torso? Take off the head and arms and try and get it over the shoulders or cut it and glue it back when you want it back on. No other choice I don't think.
