I would have just smiled and gave them a Vegemite sandwich.

This may sound sick but in a demented case like this , the government should've just had all killed and kept this whole thing under wraps. I nearly got sick several times while reading this.

Read the first few paragraphs and decided to leave it at that.

There have been families and small towns like this found in the states before. Do I agree with it? No. Should they be left a lone? Yes. They have survived with what they have , and in most if not all cases have no contact with anyone else, what or who are they hurting?

I read the lines at the top of the article and stopped.
That's just disgusting, inhumane and horrific.

I don't see what the big deal is. I light incense in my house all the time. It's nice, especially during a bath. And.........oh, never mind. I see where I went wrong. It's incest. I can be so goofy sometimes.

Why do it now? Leave them be. Its no different than the number of tribes that have been messed up due to outside interference from an other culture. Seeing a tribe in Africa changing their culture due to outside influences is sad. Like they need that puma tank top !

It'd one thing if it were just adults involved, but their were children with deformities, malnutrition and extremely poor hygiene. Let the adults do what they want but the children need to be taken into custody. I can't believe anyone would think it's best to leave them alone.

Their morals and values are different. It's their way of life. They really shouldn't be held to our ideals, they didn't invade our ways. They are living life as they always have, its just not by our rules.

Why do we need to be involved? We know why the problems are happening, but its their ways. They are only hurting themselves. I say let them be. I don't agree with what they are doing, but its how they live.

They are living life as they always have, its just not by our rules. it's everyone's opinion one way or another about morals & ethics, but just my opinion - place & time don't change what is right & wrong (it is universal) if there are cannibals, should they be allowed to murder & eat everyone that is an outsider to their tribe, or even within their tribe?? regardless of ideals, beliefs…where do you draw the line? **I realize cannibalism means they are hurting others…but if they are hurting themselves with an immoral/illegal lifestyle by their countries standards, when should/shouldn't they step in? I'm not saying they definitely should, just interesting how it's determined
