MAJOR props to Ringside Collectibles!!

Long story short...
I made a nice order with the Ringside boys on Black Friday. In that order I got one of the Exclusive Earl Hebner figures.
When it arrived I opened it, to find it broken. The waist peg was busted inside, I could hear rattling. The arms felt like they could snap at any second. Obviously not something RSC did, but merely a production issue.
I contacted the guys, explained my situation in detail and they sent me a shiny brand new Hebner! Just got it today, opened and it's perfect.
I just wanted to take this time to really thank the guys at Ringside, that was a really nice thing they did, and I appreciate it a lot. It's a damn good company we all are on this board because of.
oh and thread is useless without pics...yeah yeah
Nice figure. As much as I would have liked the Impact logo on his shirt, it's not that big of a deal. The headscan is damn near perfect. Since we don't get many refs in figure form it's great to have Earl to add to my collection.
