Honestly:
EC3: FIRED - Dixie comes out and gives him a new job.
Chavo: Tag Team Championships.
Zema Ion: X Division Championship.
Gunner: World Heavyweight Championship - increasing the tension between he and Storm which would lead to a feud of the belt or Storm turning heel and costing Gunner the belt.

I hope this doesn't happen, but here is what I think will happen:
World heavyweight title shot- Gunner
X division- Zema
Tag Titles- Chavo
Fired- EC3, but Dixie will get him his job back.

WHC - Austin Aries
X-Division - Samoa Joe
Tag - Eric Young
Fired - Joseph Park
I don't know who is the new World Heavyweight champ because I'm avoiding spoilers, but for me I think the winner will be Magnus and therefore a strong feud for him would be a face Aries. I reckon the fans could rally behind Aries.
Samoa Joe is doing nothing again, and I think an X feud between him and Sabin could kick ass. Play up deceitful cocky Sabin and Joe hellbent on destroying him, put them in a few high profile matches and it could be feud of the year and a nice throwback to the glory days of 03-06. Use the briefcase as the catalyst.
Eric Young winning the Tag would give him a dilemma because if Joe Park get fired like I think, he'll then choose Abyss as his partner. That way we'll wrap up the crappy storyline and have a purpose for both of them.

What I think will happen =
Gunner - TNA title shot
Zema Ion - X Division title shot
Chavo - Tag title shot
EC3 - Fired then rehired
What I want to happen =
Gunner - Tag title shot
EC3 - World title shot
Zema Ion - X Division title shot
Chavo - Fired and take Hernandez too unless Homicide comes back. Or at least take Hernandez' terrible tattoos.
