PJ, they had Connor (w/mohawk), Adewale, and Aveline. The price was $13.99, I think the same as Walgreens.

I have a question. I found the Game of Thrones figures at Target. Why do they have 2014 Funko Expo Gold stickers like they are exclusives?

I have a question. I found the Game of Thrones figures at Target. Why do they have 2014 Funko Expo Gold stickers like they are exclusives? Interesting, I didn't notice the stickers at my store. Target got a batch of SDCC figures. I just checked the GoT thread on the Fwoosh and there was a post showing the SDCC Tyrion with his exclusive helmet hanging on the pegs at Target. Tyrion is the only figure with an exclusive accessory.

If I go back tomorrow, I will take pictures and post them. But they had Tyrion who is an actual exclusive, then they had Jon Snow and Denayries both with the gold Exclusive Funko stickers.

I didn't see anything at either Target I hit this morning. Nor did they have the, Imaginext Nightwing vs Deathstroke set, E30 or Marvel Infinity Hulk figure. So it was a total waste of a trip especially when all I picked up were some dress socks my in-laws asked us to pick up for them. So basically it was like I went out to do my in-laws shopping. lol

I saw it someplace. Maybe TRU.com? I hope Falcon is released soon. I can't wait to play as him. I've been using Captain America and Hawkeye the most.

I personally think the Reaction figures are amazing. I know they are geared to collectors, but I have a 3 year old that is absolutely obsessed with Back to the Future. So this was a great way to get him something BTTF to play with. He has Doc, Marty and George McFly and absolutely loves them. He can be heard on any given day acting out scenes from the movie with his figures. It's quite amusing. He also has Chunk from The Goonies, another favorite flick of his.

My son who is 3 in December loves the 80's/90's Ninja Turtles as opposed to the new version of the cartoon.

He watches a few of the same things kids watch. But if he wonders into the room and I'm watching something from the 80's, he gets hooked. Not on EVERYTHING, but most of it. He's a sucker for Back to the Future, E.T., The Goonies etc. He's a big Dr. Who fan and I don't even watch that. He has a toy Sonic Screw driver that he waves around and tries to explain but I have no idea what he's talking about. He says he's the Doctor and I'm Rory and Mommy is Amy. I know that's characters on the show...but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do when I'm being Rory

They watched a few episodes of Clone Wars with me and got hooked. A few Lego sets later, and they are Star Wars fans. My son is now a comic fan, he went with me to my comic shop and found so e Ninja Turtle comics. So instead of bedtime stories about lambs and cows, he gets stories of Turtles beating Krang and Shredder.

I never made it back to Target to get pictures of the Game of Thrones figures with Funko exclusive stickers, but ToyNewsInternational has a post on it. toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=274&itemid=23366The Tyrion is an exclusive with a damaged head sculpt.

I'm really digging these Game of Thrones 6 inch line. I haven't bought any let alone seen the show, but they are impressive.
Anyone ever take the time to stick a few ToyBiz Lord of the Rings figures in with these guys. Throw some of the Magic the Gathering figures in there and you've got yourself a make-shift Skyrim collection. (If funko doesn't make 'em first).
Any recommendations on who/which to get first? I've heard the opening series had it's share of production issues.
Thanks for any feedback

I've heard the opening series had it's share of production issues. Thanks for any feedback The first series is plagued with production issues. I wouldn't recommend buying them online, at all. I personally think Ned Stark is the gem of the wave but Tyrion, both versions, is my second favorite of the set. I think the original Tyrion in the armor is a better likeness. They seemed to have a hard time painting his face on the Walgreens exclusive. The outfit from the Walgreens exclusive is definitely his iconic look though and Tyrion is a must have character from the line/show either way. Buzz off the series 2 reviews is that the production issues have been corrected. I have Khal Drogo, Arya and Robb Stark all pre-ordered. If I was forced to pick one of those I'd go Khal Drogo but I'm a big Jason Momoa mark. He's an absolute badass on the show and the figure looks great. I would recommend getting into the show if I were you. It's genuinely one of the best TV shows of all time imo and I don't even know if you could call it half way done. I would say all the characters in the first two waves are pretty damn significant to the show, so you can't really go wrong in that regard.

Man, that's really too bad. I've seen 'em go as low as 13.99 on amazon and really been close to making the leap. I've actually seen the Ned Stark and a couple of White Walkers at the Barnes and Noble here in town. All very impressive. I really like the look of Tyrion too, and have seen the Walgreens exclusive and passed. I think once I make a commitment to the show I'll buy my first few. I'm aiming to get the, The Hound and Jon Snow. I may skip a couple of the ones with the worst production rep. cause I'm nitpicky . Thanks for the input brotha, and I plan on finding the first season of the show soon. I'll let ya know what I think

Saw the Game of Thrones Series 2 figures at B&N tonight and couldn't pass, even knowing Amazon will eventually go cheaper. I got the last Jaime Lannister and Brienne they had, as well as Drogo and Arya. I picked the best Arya, and the hair positioning on one of them was really off. I think Drogo and Jaime are the 2 best figures in the line so far, in terms of likeness and detail. Drogo had 1 elbow that was semi-stuck due to paint over the joint, but I braced both sides and worked in for a few seconds until it came free.
If you're on the fence for this line, hopefully the improved Series 2 will rope you in. I can't wait to see what we get in Wave 3. Joffrey and Cersei are my top wants, but I'll buy almost anyone.
