I say double down chip, maybe get some special rotating shelving units to maximize space so you can fit more in the same amount of space. Don't sell anything, then again i am pretty hardcore about stuff i collect. I would rather sell blood or a kidney than give up something i enjoy, others are not so strong willed.

I think your making a wise choice in downsizing. You can only keep collecting so many figures for so long before you should ask yourself "when will it end?". If its any help this is the way i keep my collection fairly reasonable in size. I only collect one version of a character, for example i only have one santino, miz etc unless its a character i really like. In your case its Punk. However i honestly think you have let things get a bit out of hand, you dont really need every single basic. Why not stop collecting basics and collect the elite punks instead? Theres some savings right there. Sell your basic punks and keep your elites of him.
Was it the elite 15 punk that came with the white t-shirt? I think that was a great Punk and represented a great time for his character. This therefore would have been a wise figure to buy. However this is where people go wrong, the elite that followed, i believe it was the one with the blue trunks and the shiny belt. Why would anyone buy that figure after buying the elite 15? Other than the trunks what exactly did you pay your hard earned money for? im assuming you already had the wwe shiny belt that came with this figure anyway so im assuming you didnt buy it for that either. Its such a waste of money and it leads to the accumalation of more figures that now you find yourself wanting to downsize.
All collectors (wise collectors) should think smart. I mean them basic punks are all more or less the same you own. With the exeption of some different coloured trunks and a haircut, i bet if you go through that collection and genuinely ask yourself did i really need to buy that figure you should be answering no. Now you have to downsize. Sell your basics, keep your elites and when you buy elites in future especially of characters you already own, ask yourself what am i paying for...is it a brand new head sculpt, new attire/accessories etc. Dont just buy a new figure for the sake of it like you seem to have done with those basics. Learn from your mistakes and keep enjoying collecting.

Man just get rid of the crapyou don't want. I don't know why anyone would need more than 1 or 2 of each figure anyway and you just proved why. It's pointless. Most guys try to show off just how big our dicks are but we fail to realize how ridiculous we look in the process. It's nothing wrong with collecting but when you have 6 Sin Cara figs, that should throw up some red flags.

Learn from your mistakes and keep enjoying collecting. The below poster pretty much condensed what I used to do. The thing with these figures in my case is, some wrestlers change look and I feel (like in the case of Bryan) that my current figure of him is outdated, hence I go out and buy the newer one (elite 19 Bryan vs. Heyman one) and so on. Some other case would be Kane. John Cena is another case for me where I always look to have his newest shirt. In fact, I own several of his elites and this is not taking into consideration that I don't even own his DM figure. I, however, did get rid of the basics. Basic Henry, out; basic Mysterio, out; the only basics I kept are the heritage Michaels and Hart, the Rock and EG Triple H.

Maybe donate some to charity since it's Christmas. I myself only try to get one figure per persona (notice I don´t say wrestler since some have more than one) unless there is a drastic change in hair or attire. I only get different versions of certain wrestlers like Bret Hart, HBK, Macho Man, Eddie Guerrero and now I´ll pick up an extra Mr. Perfect when he comes out. Cherry picking will save you money too, becuase there is just way too many figures to get them all, and to display them all would take up an entire room or more now.
