Hey guys, Id like to have my roast because I won't be able to get on in weeks to come I'd like to be a part of it, although I think I burned myself out on the Slappy one. (Why won't you be able to get on?) Also, I think it might be a good idea to try and do one roast a week or one every 1st and 15th of the month. IDK just spread them out a little, just a suggestion.

Also, random rant, against the fitness biz in general; man there are a lot of fitness/nutrition commercials targeting the resolutioners. Saw one for planet fitness, and man i hate how they call themselves 'judgment free' but then shame big muscly guys. Jusy because one is big and strong doesn't mean they are stupid, roid-headed lunks. And because of that aversion to being ACTUALLY STRONG, they discourage doing olympic lifts (even DEADLIFTS). so, yeah, planet fitness is cheap amd theyll get you in there, but have fun "toning up" on their upper body machines. Im so fired up. I wanna do some deadlifts. Totally agree. I think you can be fair and balanced when trying to appeal to all who want to work out, including all the different levels of skill, ability and interest. But I've seen this on the other end too, with Crossfitters who hold a lot of judgement if you don't subscribe to their way. Also "judgement free" is a good motto, because I have a lot of friends who get scared of the idea of working out with notably fitter people. Dont even get me started on cross-fitters. Yeah there are some athletic jacked guys but I've seen it in action @ my schools gym and it was just people throwing barbells around with zero form. Also, kipping pullups. Enough said. Crossfit is one (minor) reason why i dont label myself as "paleo" anymore because people lump me in with the crossfitters and assume i follow that style. Btch plz.

I shaved my beard last night I regret it. Usually is. I will sometimes alter the style of mine, and I always keep it fairly short, but the least amount of of facial hair I've had over the past 7 years was twice I did a "Doc Holiday" with the stash and soul-patch. It's a cool look, but I don't quite have the chin to pull it off.

My former boss was a crosscut leader he was 22 and s all his members he recruits lol twice the workout. He even trains a couple of my ex girlfriends..
