If the body loses the majority of heat through the ears and feet, rabbits are screwed. haha. But they have those lucky feet.. who needs warmth when you have luck? Are they only lucky after you chop them off?

Also, damn T.D. A.E. have carved himself a decent little physique. lean as hell but with decent-sized arms. could work on the legs, though. 4/10. Awkward trunks pictures English, much like Mike Dalton and Axl/Mickey Keegan was like, the no. 1 job guy of NXT before they had him debut with his actual singing actor gimmick. I'm glad he's become a real character and actually got a chance. He actually had a tron during his 'jobber' days: This is the theme that he and the master of physique and hairlines, Mickey Keegan, used in their squash against The (new) Ascension Apparently Keegan and English did some kind of "real man" refined gentleman stuff during a house show in june oh so HERE is where rick victor's velvet pants ended up yep, defo borrowed it from our boy Thique Rique Viquetor

Bros don't let bros skip leg day. The lack of people in this thread makes me sad I'm lurking. Just feeling mellow. Long day. Not enough sleep and I drank too much last night. I overate at lunch and I'm still full (my dinner is going to be a protein shake). I'm in my mid-late 20's and my knees kinda suck, so a lot of leg workouts mess me up. Sometimes I can't even run..

I feel ya, I was so fat that my ankle joints were really weak. My ankles would literally just give out and I would fall, that happened quite a bit. Not anymore though.

Yeah. I injured it (my left knee) several years ago when I was doing TKD and it never healed properly. Also, I used to play a lot of baseball and I was a catcher.. during the summer we would also get a crew of like 12 or 13 guys together and play, but because we didn't have enough for two whole teams I was catcher for both teams. It was hell on my knees. I recently got some blood work done and I'm pretty healthy, but I kinda have a naturally, slightly higher level of uric acid, which is hard on joints I guess.

You should look up patellofemoral syndrome. It's a pretty common cause of knee pain. I was diagnosed with it when I was a teenager. In layman's terms, basically the back of your kneecap is rough, causing it to snag on the connecting bones or tissue. If you have crappy knees and you've noticed they pop a lot, chances are, you've got it. It's why my knees are incredibly weak. Also, if your knees suck, instead of a treadmill, try the elliptical; it's a lot easier on the knees because you're not smashing your legs down like you would on a treadmill.
