Every time I see TRW post in the banter thread I get scared that he's locking it You skirt. So someone explain the banter board/chat to me please. Also, if your knees suck, instead of a treadmill, try the elliptical; it's a lot easier on the knees because you're not smashing your legs down like you would on a treadmill. I do like the elliptical for calorie burning, and sweating, and yeah it is easier on the knees, but it doesn't get my heart going like the treadmill does. Try intervals on the elliptical to perhaps get the heart rate going. 2ish years ago I started with 20 seconds of all out intensity and a minute of a brisk 'walk' pace and got wrecked w sweat amd fatigue in only 20 minutes #HIIT |

It's been almost two months. I think I'm finally over the loss of Leo Kruger and willing to accept the fact that he's 34 and never making it to the main roster. Seriously, Travis Tyler used a "Wildman" gimmick in leak promo; he's younger and bigger so maybe we'll see him take the 'big game hunter' mantle. But Kruger was perfect; great mannerisms, beefy Vince-approved physique, and decent (though I will admit, rather boring at times) ring work. The added mystique of his (fake) accent added so much to the character. I actually didn't like how they added in the "mercenary" aspect of his character over last summer. If this guy was legit a South African mercenary I highly doubt he would come to America just to wrestle for a developmental program. I know we have to suspend our disbelief but that character was a bit much. Oh well. If only he was two or three inches taller. Anyway, yeah. Here are some pics of Adam Rose.
