I'd agree that Jimmy was probably more versatile (with no serious disrespect to Spacey, but I'm not sure he is worthy of that comparison.) Who's not worthy? Spacey or Stewart? Triple post: Did you hear that they're trying to make a sequel to It's a Wonderful Life? Scripted and all. Thats insane. I guess I'd understand a remake... but a sequel seems crazy. Oh, it gets worse. The plot is that George's son ends up suicidal and Clarence comes back to save him. Don't worry, though, legalities are stopping it from happening. Upon hearing that, I came up with my own sequel. Big banking has pushed out family banking, causing George's bank to go out of business. On top of that, Mary has died of cancer. As George sulks alone one morning in an unlit house with a newspaper on the table in front of him--the main headline being about Mr. Potter's continued success in the banking world, and a picture of his bank family in his hands, he comes to the epiphany that Potter is the one who took the money. Overcome with rage and with nothing to lose, George Bailey walks to his bedroom, goes into a cabinet, and takes out a shotgun and a pistol. Clarence returns from heaven to beg George not to do it, but George doesn't even respond. And so, the Charles Bronson-style revenge movie begins. The final showdown happens in an abandoned warehouse. Potter is surrounded by his henchmen and his right-hand man, a large man with a scar over his eye and an eyepatch. George systematically takeover everyone out except for Potter, fighting the right-hand man barehanded, eventually throwing him over the railing. George picks up his gun and walks back downstairs to Potter. Potter attempts to wheel away, but George pushes him out of the wheelchair, and throws it far away from Potter. Potter begs for his life at gunpoint, and George puts his gun away. As Potter thanks George, George begins pouring gasoline all over the warehouse. George then lights a cigarette. As George walks away from the warehouse which is now burning to the ground, Clarence once again returns to George. He tells him that he can turn back time and George could choose the route not to be a murderer. George refuses and Clarence gets upset. George replies with "Don't forget who got you your wings." He walks away and says, "Now clean this up; I don't want to get caught." Roll credits.

I appreciate the conversation of old time actors, it's wonderful it really is. But no shut up, that Sherlock finale, mother of god why is nobody on this ing website talking about it.

Spacey is not worthy of the comparison.
I kinda like your version... it'd probably be more worthwhile then what they would end up doing.

I believe it to be a good show. Enough people I respect tell me that it's good, but I have a hard time getting behind a modern day Sherlock Holmes.

I've been meaning to give it a shot, but I always just do something instead. I love Sherlock Holmes, but as Ducky said, the modern day element has me a bit weary.

Has anyone else noticed how ing easily Jiminy Cricket gives up? There's like three points in the movie where he's about ready to walk out on Pinocchio.

Totally gives up before that. Also, Honest John and Gideon are both anthropomorphic guys in an otherwise human world. Weird. But then again, so are the Looney Tunes. Y'know what. ignore me

Pinocchio was always one of my favorites, but I don't have a copy because of Disney's stupid vault release crap.

Yeah, the Vault makes it rough; you gotta be on top of the releases. The GF is just addicted to Disney so we have most of them.

I've really come around on Pinocchio. It was one of the few I had as a kid, but it did creep me out just a little too much so I didn't watch it much. Now it's one of my favorites too. The animation is beautiful; some of the best lighting I've ever seen. Seeing that lightening flashing into the cart as he's being kidnapped is gorgeous.

Frozen reached critical acclaim. People are calling it the best Disney film since the Renaissance Era.
