Same. I was a power metal guy. Give me way over the top fantasy inspired lyrics and virtuoso guitarists. |

Ugh. Went for a run. Did ok given that my cardio has been almost non existent for a month or two.
Breakfast was oatmeal (and coffee). Lunch a banana, yogurt and shake.
The nice part of the run was having a moment to think about how I'm going to tell my boss that I need more money (and dental). I'm going to do it in a very diplomatic way because I honestly feel that they've done right by me over the years and I don't really feel that I'm owed too much more. I just want a level of transparency so I don't have a shred of guilt when I start the job hunt.
Shower. Need a shower and shave.
Whatcha all up to today?
