I want to change my RSR into a RAW type ring, but I don't care about ring apron designs. I need help with Ideas, and you guys can make some cool crap! So please help me with the spots blank, or just give me some ideas. And if you try to help, please be specific and don't leave a reply that'll have me going "huh?" lol thanks guys. Ropes- Spray Paint Red (Will this ruin them?) Ring Apron- How Can I change it to black? Again, I don't carfe about it saying "RAW", but I just want it black. I'll worry about RAW later. Ring Posts- Paint them black. Simple  Steel Steps- See ring posts, lol Am I forgetting anything? Please help, this will be my first customized ring! ( I've done plent of other stuff, but never a ring ). |

if you spray paint the ropes ur figs will get messed up.....like it will have the colour of the ropes on wich ever surface it touches...... uhhhhi think you should go to a fabric store and buy some red bungee string.... and you should get some decal papre and print of some current wwe logos for the ring trunbuckle pads if i were u i wouldnt do this because sooner or later they will make wwe smackdown and raw rsr's

Look..he was right on the spray paint idea..I need to go to a hobby store and get some ropes also. As far as the apron goes..spray paint is possible but there again..figure ruined. What I'm gunns try..is getting black cloth and sewing it onto the arpon itself. Ring posts..you go that. Steps..you got that. Turnbuckles..if you dont want logos..simply take a black sharpie and color over the WWF logos like i did. I have alrady painted my posts and may i suggest the paint that Wal*Mart sells..get some sealer to. Same for the steps. All in all..just try the black cloth thing..or..i can let oyu know when i do mine how it turns out. Just keep in mind..is oyu spraypaint the cloth/ropes..prepare for figure ruining. Just use some kind of string for ropes, and everything else can be spray painted.

ok this is what I did
I dont like the cloth mat part so I cut some gray mat board then on the under side I taped black cloth so it would hang off like aprons
Then I bought black ropes, then used the turnbuckles from the hardcore ring cause I dont like the ones the RSR came with

whats with americans and sharpies?? LOL. what id do witht he aprons, is take off the RSR ones, cut the elastic clip thingo, and measure it to size on some black cloth. then cut it out and put it back on the posts. turnbuckle posts can easily be spray painted black, as thats the colour of RAWs. ropes do what ak471 said, go to a hobby store or somewhere and look for red bungee string, aproximately the same size and length. hope that helps.
