I recently got a loose classic deluxe brothers of destruction set and I was wondering what it came with, the set I got has kane with his mask and hair and undertaker with his coat. did they come with anything else like weapons or belts? also, does anyone know how many were produced?

That's all they came with. As to how many produced, one can only guess.

It was one of the last jakks exclusive sets that came out, and with their high price I'd say they weren't more than 3000.
As for the accessories, you got a complete set.

I'll try to get some pics soon, but we still have alot of figures to go through, we recently purchased a large pile with almost 500 figures that includes almost 100 classic series, and 160 RA, there;s also alot of BCA, WCW, TNA, and even OSFTM ECW figures. and there's some I think are customs, and some busted figures that are good for parts. and there's a ton of weapons and parts that we have to sort out, from what I can tell, most of the classic figures have their parts, there's even parts for figures that aren't there, it's gonna be a while before we get through it, but after we do, i'll start a thread with pics for you guys.
