Maybe TNA should stop running in crap areas that dont draw. You can blame PR, marketing, etc.....and its ALL legit complaints cuz TNA does a poor job of advertising. But advertising is EXPENSIVE. Things like radio, which is a dying source of media BTW and television are VERY, VERY expensive. TNA says they want to grow, but they put the cart ahead of the horse last time and now look at it. Slow down. I honestly believe if TNA had stuck to areas that they have a history of drawing in with their live Impacts....they would still be on the road. Instead, the constantly want to explore new territories like the ing USS Enterprise and they are met with this crap. Growing your company in other areas, requires establishing it in some first. ECW was running just a few venues when it first came to birth. It stayed regional for a reason. And THAT grew their product. THAT is what allowed them to explore other areas and draw bigger crowds b/c word was spreading. With the power of the internet today, a regional company could grow faster. Then again, I saw the lineup for this house show and it looked like crap. They have been running basically the same house show crew for months now. QFT, couldn't have said it any better.

i just went to a house show on long island like a month ago and it was jam packed.... Yes. Because thats a venue and an area of the country TNA does in fact draw well with. If they would stay in that area and stay with venues like that one, they would be better off. I have been to that venue and its a nice place to see a show. If they would lose the big spot lights they had at ringside, it would have been better.

TNA shows in the UK are very full so wait for the crowds then. Yeah but they only have shows there for a month. The rest of the year they can't draw more than 75 people Yeah but TNA does draw more than 75 people. Just because they didn't get a good crowd for a house show in some random town in AL doesn't mean there going out of business. Wait until they go to somewhere were wrestling is big like in a bigger city like Chicago, Philly, Cleveland, etc. Then they will get a huge crowd. That is WAY more than 75 people ^ (sorry for some many posts in this thread btw. )

Nope. ROH doesn't do THAT MUCH advertising and yet has a bigger crowd. If the television broadcasts weren't pulling people off the street for free or it being booked almost year in advance, this would be showing up on television as well. But Panda Energy and Spike TV are not going to let the product die even if one viewer is watching per week. But there will come a time when certain stars will walk away due the constant drop in popularity and ratings, oh.. wait that is already happening?
I don't know you Cmshowstopper, and honestly I respect your opinion on certain issues and agree with you on some of them especially marvel. But I just don't understand why you go to bat for TNA as hard as you do. I'm sure you have been treated well by the talent and the experiences you have/had are great, but I have been to plenty of independent shows and have the same experience but if the show sucked, it sucked. I can't take up for something that is obvious to everyone else. Just saying, be a little more realistic. I understand your passion for it but just so you understand, I'm a die hard wrestling fan. I watch everything from the 1950's until now and when I get to the point where I won't bother to turn on my TV for a free wrestling event. Which was a (former pay per view) because of how bad the product is, I can't imagine how casual fans feel.
Not to mention I watched Nitro and Thunder live during the last few months of its existence, and honestly it wasn't great but it was better than this.

I know off topic, but the Genesis show (still don't why they changed it from a PPV to a free PPV style TV show) would have been better if it weren't for the boat load of talking that night.

I watched the first half of it. I only liked two matches and the finish for both made no logical sense. I won't mention which matches because I know I will cause the topic to go off track. However I am interested in seeing Kurt Angle and Bobby Roode in a steel cage, but if everyone in Team Dixie is going to be involved I will probable change the channel by the ending of it. I can't get behind any one of the team Dixie characters because of the generic persona's. The only person who has a in depth character is Magnus, but a man who was a dominate tag competitor, a dominate singles competitor for his entire career all of sudden needs a 90 pound man, a former NXT rookie, and a woman to win his championship matches? That isn't believable at all to me.

TNA shows in the UK are very full so wait for the crowds then. Drawing well three weeks out of the year in the UK doesn't change the fact they don't draw anywhere else. The statement was "Another Empty House Show" and I am just suggesting 4 weeks when they will have a full crowd. Not saying that they will draw like that every week :3

I don't know what you do for work but it sure isn't in marketing or media. Radio has been "dying" since the invention of television, yet the FCC approved 1500 radio stations last year. So, yeah. Totally dying. Also radio advertisers are typically more than willing to work within budgets. It's not the best medium for a lot of people, but it's not dying like everyone insists. Source: I work in radio. Plus, a lot of local radio stations would love a phone interview with a superstar wrestler, wouldn't they? And tickets as contest prizes? TNA shows in the UK are very full so wait for the crowds then. Drawing well three weeks out of the year in the UK doesn't change the fact they don't draw anywhere else. They are not in the UK for three weeks (or even a month) of shows. They have four shows in the UK and one in Ireland. January 29th to February 2nd. Five nights total.

I never got the obsession people have of taking pictures of the empty arena and then posting them online.
