Devilkiller return January 7th RP: When a mans heart..

When a mans heart..
*Carter jumps onto Devilkiller's belly, almost knocking the wind out of him. Devilkiller laughs as he grabs his son and throws him up in the air and catches him. Carter laughs as Devilkillers girlfriend of 5 months, Bella, walks in from the bathroom and grabs Carter up and tickles him, they're all having a great time, laughing and giggling, just a regular family type of event. They do this to try to get Devilkiller's mind off of the hate of the past few months, the hate from the "higher ups" in WFWF, hate from some of the wrestlers, for leaving. He relives some of the bad moments and macabre images he had to conquer, as well as some personally demons. He decided he had to make his own inner Declaration of Independence. He looks at his new found family, together with no more troubles but left the sorrows. He looks into his sons eyes as he kisses him good night after all the playing, then he watches as Bella, wearing a white t-shirt with black designs on it and black pants with golden rivets and red stitching, takes Carter to bed. He smiles, noticing how she has taken Carter as her own, as if she could not be more content with any other child. DK sits up on the tan leather sofa as Bella comes back, her black hair that goes down to the middle of her back is to one side as she sits beside DK, and cuddles up to him. DK smiles, holding her small, warm body against his own, feeling the love he has radiating.*
Bella: It's New Years baby, you know what that means.
DK: I don't think I have any thing to drink..
Bella: I bought a bottle of wine and of Greygoose, which do you want first?
DK: I'm more of the heavy drinker.
*DK gives Bella a wink and smiles, showing his white teeth and she returns the favor, and kisses DK, before going to get 2 shot glasses and the Greygoose "Cherry Noir" before coming back and sitting beside DK again. She pours her and him a drink before closing the top, then they look into eachothers eyes, locked onto each other. DK then raises his glass in toast*
DK: To a new year, to new beginnings, to my child, and to my beautiful girlfriend.
*DK smiles brightly and Bella does to, as they clink glasses and down the shots in one gulp. DK slams his glass down, almost shattering it, and "assst" as the drink warms him. He leans back and puts his arm around Bella while they turn the channel to watch the New Years in New York. They laugh and carry on about 2013, now it was the year we made fun of the stupid moments, smiling with remembering the happy ones, and rethinking the sad moments. By the end, they smile towards eachother as the ball is being lowered. The timer slowly starts counting down.

DK looks into Bella's dark brow. eyes, he smiles as he gets lost staring at them, they shine like two diamonds. She smiles back, looking into his eyes.
5...4... DK puts one hand on the side of her face, pulling her closer and closer whispering along with the announcer and the thousands in New York.*
DK: 3...2...1...
*DK leans in and kisses Bella passionately, of course slipping tongue in. They pull away to applause and cheers on TV, smiling at the thought of that many people applauding them. DK then proceeds to pour another drink for them and they clink one more time*
DK: 2014 baby!
*He smiles as he downs the glass. He's slowly starting to feel a sort of buzz, and he notices Bella feeling that way too. Call it DK taking advantage of her or call it both of them celebrating New Years, but they start to get touchy feely with eachother*
DK: Hey, let's go to bed.
*He says this with a wink and in a sexual tone of voice. Bella smiles and stands up, taking DK's hand and leading him to the bedroom, where they "swap" something more than spit.*

*DK is sitting at his oak wood table, eating a bowl of cereal when Carter gets up. He sits in the chair beside DK, pouring himself some cereal*
DK: Well goodmorning son.
Carter: (mumbles) goodmorning.
DK: Sleep good?
Carter: Not really. I didn't sleep much.
DK: Why so?
Carter: I was thinking, hard, about the past few months..
*DK looks at Carter, his head looking in his bowl, and DK is genuinely surprised. He rubs his hands through Carter's hair, feeling the soft clean feeling from taking a bath a day before, before continuing*
DK: Carter, you don't have to worry about that. That's grown up mess. You just need to worry about your school work and video games.
Carter: I know dad, but I keep remembering the court case, between you and mom, then there was me getting hurt, then of course there was you and your brother.. You gave up your title for me, when you had to be at court for custody instead of WFWF. I don't know how I could ever repay you.
*DK is shocked by these words, not in a "oh I found leftover chicken in the fridge" shocked but more like"I won the lottery and I just cashed in now I'm rich". Being a dad sometimes has it's downs, but by God when it rewards it is amazing, and these moments with your only son, these are the rewards of being a parent. DK smiles at Carter and kisses him on the head, stashing away this moment in his brain archive*
DK: Carter, you don't have to think about that, those times are over. You're here now, you're safe, and we're together that's all that matters buddy.
*Carter stands up and gives DK a hug, not your typical hug, but a big nice bear hug.*
Carter: I love you dad.
DK: I love you more son. Now go on and brush your teeth, we gotta get ready.
*Carter jumps with excitement as he spins around and races off towards the bathroom, about that time, Bella is coming out of the bedroom wearing the black button down DK was wearing the night before*
DK: Goodmorning sunshine!
Bella: Hmmm goodmorning!
*she bends down and gives DK a sensual kiss on the lips before sitting down to fix her own bowl of cereal.*
DK: Sleep good?
Bella: Sleep good? I hardly slept last night! You kept me up!
*Bella says this jokingly, looking back at DK with a smirk on her face, and DK returns the smile*
DK: Well sorry tonight I won't keep you up.
Bella: Yeah, okay, let's see how long you last "not keeping me up"
DK: What the hell does that supposed to mean?
Bella: It means I could go longer without sex than you.
DK: I doubt that.
Bella: Oh really? Haven't you forgotten you are a male and you live sh*t breath sex?
DK: Well.... Yeah your right. Never mind.
*Bella chuckles at this, and DK stands up and kisses her on her head, and goes to his bedroom to get ready. He goes into the vanilla painted room and opens his closet. He looks up on the shelf, then down on the floor, pushes some of his shoes back and grabs a bag. He pulls it out and lays it on the bed. The black bag has a handle with rollers on it and a blue logo, slapped on in a hurriedly fashion, off centered. WFWF, the greatest wrestling company ever created on Gods green earth. He smiles a moment, reminiscing, before shutting the closet and picking up the bag.*
DK: Carter, let's go.
*Carter has on his Devilkiller T-Shirt with blue faded jeans and white sneakers on as he walks into his fathers room. He looks at the WFWF bag and Carter smiles, knowing his life is getting back in order.*
Carter: I'm ready dad!
*they smile together as Bella is in the kitchen still eating cereal, but her bag is already by the door. DK grabs her bag with his*
DK: I'm taking your bag out, throw some clothes on and put make up on in the car.
Bella: Yeah yeah.
*DK goes out with Carter and puts the bags into the trunk and gets Carter settled into the car when Bella comes out wearing white pants and a black with silver trim top. In short, she looks stunning. She walks to the car and sits in the passenger seat, and DK goes to sit in the front*
DK: You guys ready for my first show in months?
Carter: (really excited) YEAH!!!
Bella: I would love to see you wrestle baby.
Carter: Are you nervous about Dex?
DK: Eh, it's 50/50. I've heard good things from him, but I have the element of surprise on my hands.
Bella: You'll do fine. Even if you lose you'll show you still have what it takes.
Carter: No Bella, Dad will do great. He won't lose. He's the Devilkiller.
*DK smiles and winks toward Bella*
DK: Thanks for having so much faith in me little buddy, but who knows how much I really have left.
Carter: You have to have a lot left Dad, because if you didn't you wouldn't be driving to the airport right now.
*DK thinks about this, he realizes it's time to rise up and man up, and he'll have to reach down deep deep to be able to actually start this back full time, and he realizes he wouldn't have it any other way.*
DK: Your right buddy, but we better get to driving before I'm late.
*Devilkiller and Bella exchange a kiss before starting the drive to the airport, and from there, the flight to North Dakota*
*on the flight, Devilkiller has a chance to think, with his companions asleep or buried in a book, he was able to listen to some much needed music, and turned on Cellar Door by Escape the Fate, and looked out the window. He decides to think about the harder things in life as he starts tapping his foot, trying to hold back his stress and his pain. He thinks about how after his disappearance, his real life stuff, how he was affected and always will be.
He closes his eyes and feels tears well up, but he is able to contain them for now. His heart starts to beat faster and his foot starts to tap faster, and the beat of the music is slowly fading as more and more of the scenery of that day takes view in his mind, the grotesque images starting to make his stomach churn, and he takes a Tums, trying to calm it but Devilkiller knows it's no use. He remembers it all now, how the unfortunate picture was sent to his home, his private address. He tries to hold in some of the emotions but they overwhelm him, and he stops himself before he has another complete mental breakdown.
The picture was of his brother, they weren't able to be as close as they wanted but they called once a week, and they loved each other. Why is a photo of DK's bro so sad? Because it was of his murder scene. Blood was sprayed on the walls and his body was in his reclining chair, blood covering the tan leather of it, as if he was still alive. He was gutted, and it was basically while he was alive.
Devilkiller hurriedly slips out of his seat and runs into the bathroom and throws up. He can't contain himself as fully as once thought, as he slowly feels his mind break down, but he forces it to hold off until later. He'll have to finish this thinking later, when he can calm his nerves and think of the full story in its entirety. He goes back to his seat, curls up, and as he feels his heart beat slow, he slowly falls asleep from the pain of thinking of it.*
*Devilkiller is sitting in a steel chair, wearing his red and black pleather pants with black boots, and a t-shirt with him standing in the middle of fire. He is sitting with his head down, and his hair covering his eyes, the room is tinted red, with a single mirror In front of Devilkiller's face*
DK: When a man's heart is full of deceit it burns up, dies, and a dark shadow falls over his soul. From the ashes of a once great man has risen a curse, a wrong that must be righted. He looks to the skies for a vindicator, someone to strike fear into the black heart of the same man who created him. The battle between good and evil has begun. Against an army of shadows comes the Dark Warrior, the purveyor of good, with a voice of silence, and a mission of justice. But his Dark Warrior has no easy task, as this isn't an ordinary man. When he shows his true colors and steps out of the shadows, it is revealed that it isn't a separate man, but instead is himself, thus he is given the greatest task of all, defeating himself.
*then he looks up, you can see his eyes through his different colored hair which is red blue purple and black. He sadly smiles, as if remembering something of the past he wish he could have but can't*
Over these past few months, I have been M.I.A, and I would like to sincerely say sorry to all of the bridges I have burned, but look towards resurrecting some and keeping some burned. This year, 2014, WILL be Devilkiller's year, this year will be the year I make amends, this will be the year I will get gold, and this time I will be able to defend it fully, and I will not, I repeat, I will NOT give up until I do.
My son told me something today, which made me think. He said that if I didn't have enough in the tank, I wouldn't have made it here tonight. Yet here I am. I realized while talking to a child, who has no idea how hard this industry is and how hard these past few months really have been, that I can still do it. That I don't have to "refill" or "ciphen" gas to be able make it. To be able to do what I want to do here in WFWF.
Tonight marks the return of the Devilkiller, a man who has held the National title, a man who has only lost one match, a man who hides in the shadows until the right time. A man who has created many gallows of hanging shells of souls who have stood up to him, and failed. A man who has a shallow heart and a even more shallow mind. Dex, you have a lot of courage and I respect that, I want you to keep that because that fire, that fire is what you need in this company. Once that goes out your everything but champion, because in this business, the fire, the fuel you have is what will get you further, the fumes, they're for when you're burnt out and have nothing else to accomplish. I'm sorry to say that your gonna be stopped dead in your tracks tonight if you think your gonna go over me. Go pick out a coffin bub, I'll buy it for you.
*DK then stands up from his chair, looking into his reflection. He smiles a sick twisted smile before punching the mirror, having the glass shatter into teeny tiny pieces, before walking out of the room*
