first of all you have to split the torso by putting a screwdriver in between the spaces of the figures arm and pull back using the shoulder for leverage. repeat the same thing on the other side. then lastly stick the screwdriver down the top of the head to open the top part. if the torso wont come apart try to boil it to loosen it up some. i hope i helped.
p.s. there used to be a link to go to for removing torsos but it doesn't work anymore.
